Paulina Logan is a California-based singer/songwriter who writes and performs an eclectic mix of folk/pop/rock/jazz music. She recently released her first full-length record “Wallflower,” and is currently at work on her second. Inspired by "singers with something to say" like Jewel, Ani DiFranco, and India.Arie, Paulina has developed a voice that is all her own. She has recently been featured in both New Sound Magazine and Junior's Cave Online Magazine, and is endorsed by Daisy Rock Guitars. Paulina’s songs have been placed on multiple compilation CDs, including “Females on Fire Vol. 3” and “Bad Girls Don’t Cry.”"If you haven't heard the soulful voice of Paulina already, you're in for a treat. Her voice and original material will give you goosebumps!" - Cherie Sharrock, KWNE 94.5 DJ“This is a very special artist. She's got a unique, yet familiar 'voice,' sounding like a cross between Joni Mitchell & Sarah McLachlan, depending on which song you listen to. Being a great singer with high quality production is just icing on the cake.” — Taxi Music“(Logan’s) voice is outstanding and (her) vocal style has a sexy swagger and confidence to it.” — Foley Entertainment“Paulina Logan is definitely one of the most intriguing songwriters I have heard.” — Guitar Living“I had the pleasure of interviewing a lovely artist by the name of Paulina Logan. Her insightful and honest responses definitely leave me hoping that her star continues to rise and rise. She’s not a pop tart, but a full-bodied Cali girl!” — D.A.M. Magazine“Paulina Logan is playing right now and she is a top talent.” - MusictogoUSA“It’s clear that Logan is talented with an authorial voice that is likely to produce more good material over time.” — Wildy’s World"Singer/Songwriter Paulina Logan is one of the new voices of indie music. Her sweet tunes, fun lyrics, and gentle voice certainly make her a sensational act not to miss." - Junior's Cave Online Magazine********************Warrior Girl Music says:This 11-song album is sensitive, yet rebellious - romantic, yet independent - sweet, yet feisty. It is this dichotomy of feelings and emotions that truly embodies Paulina's songwriting, and is captured in "Wallflower." Some songs transcend the listener into heartfelt spaciousness with lofty melodic ballads, that tenderly seep into our hearts with eloquent musical arrangements such as piano, viola and light percussion. Then, other songs jettison us off into the harsh tumultuous world of growing up and breaking up with edgy guitars, giant drums, a tornado of beats and sonic shockwaves. No matter what, Paulina's voice weaves it all together with her lilting melodic voice, whispering personal thoughts one minute and belting strong emotions the next. She can spark your romantic heart like Norah Jones, and peak your ears with tones like Portishead or Seal. At times, a demanding Avril Lavigne, or a worldly Michelle Branch. Yet most often she is her unique talented self. "Wallflower," named after her title track, is eclectic with music style, from folky acoustic songs, to rhythmic pop grooves, to world beat Irish and Spanish tones. It ignites a new fresh artist into the world music scene with a huge splash. While the album title may presume one thing, Paulina is definitely no wallflower."Wallflower" is produced and arranged by producer Gilli Moon, also a writer on songs "Sorry" and "For The Moon," and this album is co-produced by Matt Thorne (The Eels, TRAPT, Plastilina Mosh). For more info, check out:www.paulinalogan.comwww.myspace.com/paulinaloganwww.warriorgirlmusic.com********************Awaken Music says:Paulina Logan does a fantastic balancing act between world music and adult contemporary genres, on her album Wallflower. The production of Wallflower is overwhelmingly stellar. It's one of those albums with a ton o Paulina Logan Wallflower Songs | 1. | Wallflower |

Wallflower music CDs
$12.95 It's no secret that John Mayer is a 21st Century Fox, wining and dining women all through tabloid headlines, so it's about time he delivered an album that traded upon his loverman persona -- and Battle Studies is that record in spades. Retaining more than a modicum of the slick, soul-blues undertones of Continuum, Mayer fashions a modern groove album, a record that maintains a smooth seductive vibe so thoroughly it spills into a one-man band cover of "Crossroads." Mayer remains somewhat of a disciple of Slowhand, but he shows an unusual interest in the big AOR stylings of Journeyman, ...
| | The Very Best Of Enya CDs (2009) With DVD
Wallflower songs
$21.00 Comprised of 18 tracks culled from the singer/composer's first three decades, The Very Best of Enya was pieced together by the artist herself, along with longtime collaborators Nicky and Roma Ryan. Luckily, the trio seems enamored by most of the same songs that the general public is, resulting in one of those rare "greatest-hits" collections that goes deep without depriving the listener of the essentials. With tunes like "Orinoco Flow," ...

| | Chemical Imbalance CD (2003)
Wallflower CD music
$8.55 NJ/PA rockers Chemical Imbalance take the electric sounds of funk, modern rock, emo, punk, & ska and blend it all into a whirlwind of creative, inventive songs that feature a wealth of new and diverse talent. Chemical Imbalance are: JG Flegler - lead vocals, acoustic guitar; Mike Burns - lead bass, alto sax, backing vocals; Tony Donoso - bass; Greg Marcus - guitar; Chris Gajewski - drums. JG is from Edison, NJ and his main influence is Faith No More. Mike is from Easton, PA and his main influence is The Red Hot Chili Peppers. Tony is from Fords, NJ and his main influence is The Smashing Pumpkins. Greg is also from Fords, NJ and his main influence is Sublime. Chris is from Bayonne, NJ and his main influence is from Tool. Fusing together musicians from different areas with so many different musical backgrounds and influences creates a very interesting result.C.i.'s newest line-up formed late August 2002 after Mike discovered an ad that JG posted on a website that focused on the NJ music scene. JG's audition with Mike and Chris was like a non-stop flow of creativity and talent. Within a few weeks, they came across the guitar/bass team of Greg and Tony, and together, the five were united and agreed to forge ahead with a band that would brush aside the "typical" 5-piece line up containing two guitarists and replace it with the smooth, unique sound of two bassists. Has it been done before? Sure. Has it ever succeeded? Not until now... "If a band can have two guitarists, why not two bassists?", asks C.i.'s lead bassist, Mike. "Besides, most guitarists, except Greg, are egomaniacs and control-freaks. I've been through dozens of them, besides bassists just have better personalities. We're cool, laid-back and have rhythm." Chemical Imbalance has often been compared to the likes of Incubus, Sublime, and The Red Hot Chili Peppers, however their sound can be best described as Beauty having sex with The Beast. Chemical Imbalance will reimburse your brain with their twisted sounds ...

$9.85 Where were you born? Long Island. Where did you grow up? Mattituck, Long Island. When did you start playing music? I started playing the piano when I was really young like 4 or 5 and started playing the guitar when I was about fourteen. How many instruments do you play? Guitar, Piano, Harmonica and a little violin. Where's your favorite place to play? I used to really like to play on Block Island or at three mile Harbor in East Hampton but a lot has changed since then. Who's your favorite person to play with? I can't answer that it has the potential to make too many people mad at me. But Billy Walters and his two personalities have been playing with me since the beginning and we can read each other well, especially during unplugged shows. What did you do before you started making music? Snowboarded everyday, bartended, I liked getting people drunk, I was a lobsterman. I played a lot of shows at a lot of colleges when I was in college. When did you first record? I think I did my first demo in like six hours in the summer of 2002. What do you have in the works? I have a solo project that will be released hopefully in the beginning of June. It is just wrapping ...
