| | Casey Dilworth Moment Of Peace CD Casey Dilworth Discography of CDs
I was born in a small town in northwest Minnesota, Hendrum, if you have heard of that, spending my youth there before going into the Army. It is located about 30 miles north of Moorhead Minnesota on Hiway 75. That small town, and that area are where I gained insight into the serenity, of living in the country. This a reflection of those times. Also, for those of you who have had a massage in the past, I was trying to create the atmosphere of relaxation that that invokes. My therapist said, after hearing the songs, that they will work well to create the massage atmosphere that many folks enjoy. If you are a therapist you may want to give the cd a try also, to see if your clients also enjoy that same atmosphere. The cd is designed for the quit moments of life, those in which you contemplate, daydream, read, whatever you do, without any grating sounds in the background. Imagine yourself sitting by a stream and waterefall, and enjoy the sounds of nature. Relaxing, Relaxing, Relaxing. Why do'nt you save the jumping up and down, and running around for later, and relax your mind and soul now.Hope you enjoy the cd and I wish you many happy dreams. $11.39 Talent often runs in families. In Lori Cole's case, it runs in generations. Lori's grandmother longed to perform, instead her daughter Shirley did. At age six, Shirley Bell first stepped before a microphone in 1926 as the youngest member of the WGN Players dramatic ensemble. In 1929, she became American Icon at nine, one of the first and biggest stars of broadcasting--Radio's Little Orphan Annie. So it was no surprise that at age 19, Shirley's daughter, Lori Cole, began her singing career before a studio microphone. While Shirley performed and sang to fill Ovaltine's coffers in the infancy of radio and early broadcasting, Lori had the good fortune of learning her craft with some of the finest musicians and singers in the industry, singing radio and television commercials. She enjoyed a twenty-year career singing jingles for such products as McDonalds, United Airlines, La Choy, KFC, Juicy Fruit Gum and The Incredible Edible Egg.One of the benefits of singing commercials for a living was that it gave Lori the opportunity of spending hundreds of hours in the recording studio. This experience gave her enormous recording and production ...

$9.99 The songs are: -Duke – is about a poseur, an egocentric who slips in and out of situations and relationships.New Orleans – Is mainly autobiographical, a travelling song but reflective with poetic imagery. It was written by Daf after he and his wife Danielle took a road trip to New Orleans a few months before the hurricane hit. He was inspired by the 'faded glory' of the area... Celandine – About lost childhood days and someone chancing upon a photograph of a long forgotten childhood haunt.Ideal Home Exhibitionism – an ironic look at home ownership and consumerism generally.Driving Song – A late night mood song that takes you part of the way through an epic journey. These Days – A ballad with a mixed narrative where the past and present are intertwined. Sadness and regret surface as the narrator tells his story.Sweet Petite – Looks for the epic in the ordinary and everyday. Describes a city for one day and the roller coaster ride of living there is reflected in the complex musical structure of the song. The Band are: -Rick GourdEver since picking up his first guitar Rick Gourd has written songs. His influences are broad and eclectic and range from bluegrass and rock'n roll to the songs of The Beatles and Bob Dylan. He loves to write richly narrative, emotional and evocative songs with strong melodic structures, interesting chord patterns and time shifts. ...
