MR Chris & The Gassy Bubbles Dance Shake Rattle & Roll CD

Mr Chris and The Gassy Bubbles are a children's/family rock & roll group from Toronto, Canada. The gassy bubbles mission on this album was to create music that both children and their parents equally enjoy singing and dancing to. Over the years Mr Chris began to realize that more and more parents weren't relating to the music their children were listening to. Many parents began complaining that their children's music was 'too cheesy' to listen to on a regular basis.......so Mr Chris, being a children’s educator, decided that something had to be done. Collectively, with the Gassy Bubbles, Mr Chris decided to create a different kind of children's album; one that both parents and children could equally enjoy. The album was created in a unique way……Mr. Chris attempted to write music influenced by 60’s & 70’s rock & roll bands such as The Beatles, The Beach Boys, The Who, Supertramp, etc. and then he took what had been written and blended in children’s lyrics that related to children’s interests and silly album dialogue in between the songs. Take for example ‘The Sharing Song’ - this track was created by blending a Supertramp & The Who sound, with children’s lyrics.Together, Mr Chris & the Gassy Bubbles believe that the seeds have been planted for a new children's music movement, and hopefully soon, children all over the world, and parents all over the world will be singing and dancing to our music together!
