This debut album is a collection of experiences that weave in and out of life's many stages. It features 12 original songs about empowerment, independence, and affliction. Each song on the album tells a different story, exploring a variety of intimate issues and women's experiences. The title track even puts women into a historical perspective using imagery and lineage: "A child, perfect, born to a king / They gave her everything / Taught her to be clean and pure and sweet / But they forgot to teach her how to think."Lead Singer/Songwriter, Deena Kamm uses a wide variety of approaches in her story telling.
