| | Spidersuit The Owl CD Spidersuit Discography of CDs
Spidersuit is a band based in Los Angeles that plays heavy-indie-melodic-punk-power-pop music. They've been together since 1998, and have released three full-lengthed CD's, 'Shootout At Crescent Heights,' 'Run' and 'The Owl. ' And they're recording a 4th one! They've all been in other bands, but this is their most favoritest one yet. Spidersuit is:Ellen Rooney: Vocals Tom Oz: Drums Tom Underhill: Bass Peter Giambalvo: GuitarSpidersuit members are from New Orleans LA, Hollywood, CA, Long Beach, CA, and Austin, TX. Their influences include: X, The Pixies, Ramones, The Who, Nirvana, and yes, many other non-blowing bands. They're all over five feet tall, each weighs less than three hundred pounds, they're clean, they're polite, they're friendly, and they don't eat much. One day, they all hope to die in a plane crash together and have Don McLean write a shitty song about them. Spidersuit The Owl Songs | 1. | As Long |

The Owl album
$19.10 Whereas Alice Cooper's first two studio albums, 1969's PRETTIES FOR YOU and 1970's EASY ACTION, tended more towards the trippy excesses of the hippie era, their next one, 1971's LOVE IT TO DEATH introduced the world to the heavy sound that Cooper ...
| | Joe Walsh Smoker You Drink, The Player You Get CD (1973) Gold
The Owl CD music
$19.10 "Rocky Mountain Way," the tune that opens Joe Walsh's sophomore release (and remains one of his best-known songs), is a textbook example of Walsh's strengths. The song is driven by a slinky hard rock groove that boasts crunchy, distorted guitars, barrelhouse piano, wiry solos, and a catchy, singalong chorus--proving Walsh's penchant for mixing rock elements and radio-ready accessibility ...
| | John Mayer Battle Studies CD (2009)
The Owl music CDs
$12.95 It's no secret that John Mayer is a 21st Century Fox, wining and dining women all through tabloid headlines, so it's about time he delivered an album that traded upon his loverman persona -- and Battle Studies is that record in spades. Retaining more than a modicum of the slick, soul-blues undertones of Continuum, Mayer fashions a modern groove album, a record that maintains a smooth seductive vibe so thoroughly it spills into a one-man band cover of "Crossroads." Mayer remains somewhat of a disciple of Slowhand, but he shows an unusual interest in the big AOR stylings of Journeyman, along with Stevie Ray Vaughan's In Step, creating a coolly clean blend of synths and Strats, one that's as much about texture as it is about song.something perfectly appropriate for a make-out album like this. Sometimes, Mayer dips too heavily toward the texture, but he can't resist a good, tight melody and builds the bulk of Battle Studies upon them: the elegant "Half of My Heart," the softly soulful "Perfectly Lonely." Here, Mayer is effortlessly ...
| | The Very Best Of Enya CDs (2009) With DVD
The Owl songs
$21.00 Comprised of 18 tracks culled from the singer/composer's first three decades, The Very Best of Enya was pieced together by the artist herself, along with longtime collaborators Nicky and Roma Ryan. Luckily, the trio seems enamored by most of the same songs that the general public is, resulting in one of those rare "greatest-hits" collections that goes deep without depriving the listener of the essentials. With tunes like "Orinoco Flow," "Caribbean Blue," and "Book of Days" in the pot and out of the way, it's easier to appreciate hidden gems like "Cursum Perficio," "Boadicea," "Trains and Winter Rains," and "Anywhere Is." Also notable is the inclusion of "May It Be" and a previously unreleased ...

The Owl songs
$12.15 The Pan-Metropolitan Trio is one of the most distinctive and exciting instrumental groups to have come out of the Twin Cities in recent years. Stefan Kac (tuba) contributes stunning original compositions and swashbuckling improvisations, while Japhlet Bire Attias' Chapman StickĀ® opens up a previously unimaginable world of orchestrational and timbral possibilities within the trio format. Owen Weaver (percussion) has forged a highly individual voice that combines the muscular energy of rock, the virtuosity of jazz, and the subtleties of classical music. Together, these three young musicians create music that is unmistakable for its freshness and vitality. Their repertoire encompasses a vast range of styles, from post-bop jazz, to burning latin grooves, to progressive rock and fusion. They now present their debut album, "Isolation", featuring 4 tracks by the trio's own Stefan Kac, Tuba. Other tunes include a Pat Metheny composition, Q & A, and Italian pianist Giacomo Aula's incredible piece "Canzone per Nino Rota", and a classic Gentle Giant piece. Please visit the PM3 website for more info, to see videos, hear more music and to sign up on their mailing list. CDs will be back in stock very soon. In the meantime CDs can be ordered from stick .Here's what some people have said about "Isolation": "I greatly appreciate the discipline and jazz "ethic" that went into this work. The compositions are first class throughout, with well executed thematic phrasing and breaks, and flowing, ...
