ThaPsalmist2, a college student and a native of the "City That Never Sleeps", has been cultivating his lyrical artistry for the past 10 years. His journey began with a mix tape, given by his older brother, which first sparked his interest in Hip-Hop. This interest eventually grew into a passion; a passion for music, a passion for knowledge, and a passion for truth. As most interests, his involvement with Hip-Hop started off as a past time or hobby, something to listen to when relaxing; but it was more than a mere expression of how a few generations of youth decided to make themselves heard in society. Recognized in folk circles for her incredible voice and intelligent songwriting since the mid 90's, Michigan-based Terry Gonda held back on releasing a full length album until she believed her performance and outlook on life had ripened sufficiently. BiografÃa del Padre Edwin AntonioNacido en Arecibo, Puerto Rico el 30 de diciembre de 1960. Son sus padres Don Reynaldo Mercado Rivera y Doña Nilda Esther Viera. Pérez. Cuenta con un hermano mayor llamado Reynaldo (Jr.).En el 1966 se traslada la familia a la ciudad de Nueva York. Regresan a Puerto Rico en el 1969, donde termina sus estudios elementales, intermedios y superiores (1977). Durante este tiempo ingresa en la Escuela Libre de Música donde estudia guitarra y sorfeo, por cuatro años. Comienza estudios en Ciencias Naturales en la Universidad de Puerto Rico, recinto de Arecibo.Se activa en la Iglesia Católica en la Parroquia de San Juan Bosco en Arecibo, a los 16 años de edad, donde se une al grupo de jóvenes y es elegido para dictar charlas para jóvenes en el Movimiento Misionero "Pueblo de Dios" y también se une al Coro Parroquial. Es aquà donde comienza su discernimiento sobre la vocación sacerdotal. Su director espiritual y confesor, el Padre Jorge Ferrer, S.J., lo invita a participar de un retiro de orientación vocacional y luego de un serio discernimiento ingresa como Seminarista en el Seminario Jesús Maestro de la Diócesis de Arecibo.. A los seis meses gana una beca de estudios Filosóficos y Teológicos otorgada por la Arquidiócesis de Boston en Massachusetts, por el Cardenal Medeiros, y se traslada a EE.UU., en el 1979, para completar sus estudios sacerdotales.Adquiere un Bachillerato en FilosofÃa en St. Clement's College en el 1982 y un Bachillerato en TeologÃa en St. John's Theology School en Boston, para el año 1986.. También cursó estudios en Literatura Española en el Boston College. Se ordena Diácono para la Diócesis de Arecibo en el 1985 y luego recibe la ordenación sacerdotal, de manos de Mons.
