Closed Captioned; Soundtrack English; Soundtrack Spanish; Special Edition It's three years after the action of RESIDENT EVIL: APOCALYPSE, and the world has turned to desert in this third film based on the now-classic video game RESIDENT EVIL. Survivors of the zombie-making T-virus are few and far between, but Alice (Milla Jovovich) treks her way across the desolate landscape, fending off zombies and fighting the Umbrella Corporation. Not only is the company responsible for the virus and the state of the world, but their experiments also turned Alice into a super-human fighting machine. She reunites with Carlos (Oded Fehr) and L.J. (Mike Epps) when she joins with a caravan of people led by Claire Redfield (Ali Larter, HEROES). Together, the band battles the undead as they make their way to the promised safety of Alaska.
The zombies of RESIDENT EVIL: EXTINCTION have more in common with the fast-moving fiends of 28 DAYS LATER than with the lumbering creatures of George Romero's classic NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD. However, this film doesn't limit itself to human zombies; instead, there's horror to be found in undead dogs and crows. But none of these are any match for Jovovich's Alice. Whether clad in chaps and short shorts or a slinky red dress and boots, Jovovich is dressed to kill as she takes down the zombie hordes with a lethal combination of guns, knives, and a powerful pair of legs. Just as in ULTRAVIOLET and THE FIFTH ELEMENT, the actress has perfected the role of the dangerous beauty, and this film's blend of butt-kicking action and horror-movie scares provides the perfect opportunity for her to shine. Resident Evil: Extinction Video Resident Evil: Extinction Movie Review Average Rating: (3.4 out of 5 stars) Slam Dunk! Another awesome series in the Resident Evil Trilogy. I tuly can see more and more happneing for at least a total of six in the series.
A TV series would not be out of the question.
The photography, CG and details of the infected were outstanding. Submitted by scuba1061 (Gilbert, AZ, USA) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No 1 of 1 found this helpful.
Great Zombie/Monster Action Fest! This movie was great. I liked it much better than the first two. It had the creepiest, scariest zombies in the series so far, and some very interesting twists. They really made you feel like it was the end of the world in this movie. The action scenes were excellent! This movie had hordes of flesh-eating zombies, monster dogs, flocks of killer crows, and the obligatory boss monster at the end. The ending also left you with the knowledge of more ass-kicking to come and wanting to know what will happen next. If you liked the first two Resident Evil films, you will definitely like this one. I was kinda bummed I didnt think that this movie lived up to the first two it was ok but I thought it was missing something it was slow moving but had its moments its worth the watch but I personally dont think that its a keeper unlike the first 2 Submitted by TRAVIS BALDWIN (MERLIN, OREGON, USA) Was This Review Helpful? I still feel this way! Allthought I still think this is the greatest movie of 2007 I also think it was still too slow paced but with some great moments I love Resident Evil movies and I especially love Milla Jovovich's acting It just seemed to be a bridge for a fourth Resident Evil movie! Which I hope there will be a fourth one with Milla playing alice and also I would really love to see Sienna Guillory play Jill Valentine in a fourth Resident Evil movie! Don't waste your time! Another bombed movie to ruin the Resident Evil series. This is just as bad as the first 2 and they're actually making another one to kill the franchise even more. I was hoping this would be better than the first 2 but I was sooo wrong! I've been into RE since the game came out in 1996 and to think they actually let this director make the 2nd resident evil movie after the first horrible one. Sighs... I hope Castlevania's new movie doesn't ruin its franchise either. Don't was your time with this! Stick with the games for the real entertainment! $14.45 Based on the Hasbro toy line that initially captivated kids in the 1980s, director Michael Bay's TRANSFORMERS finds two warring bands of shape-shifting alien robots renewing their intergalactic conflict on Earth. While the Decepticons, followers of the malevolent Megatron (voiced by Hugo Weaving), strive to take over the planet, the Autobots, led by the valiant Optimus Prime (voiced by Peter Cullen), are intent on protecting humanity. When young Sam Witwicky (Shia LaBeouf) discovers that his new car is really the Autobot Bumblebee (voiced by Mark Ryan), it sets the stage for a massive giant-robot showdown.
A shining example of the Hollywood summer blockbuster at its best, TRANSFORMERS combines stunning CGI effects and thrilling action sequences with drama, humor, and a touch of romance. Resident Evil: Extinction DVD
$14.39 The early 2000s have seen a string of big-budget remakes of classic horror films. In addition to THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE and THE HILLS HAVE EYES, John Carpenter's benchmark slasher flick HALLOWEEN has been given a new-millennial overhaul. At the helm of the project sits rocker Rob Zombie, whose previous films, HOUSE OF 1,000 CORPSES and THE DEVIL'S REJECTS, brought a fan's touch and an auteur's vision to the director's chair. While Zombie's HALLOWEEN is faithful to Carpenter's vision, there are some obvious changes, the most pronounced of these being the substantial focus on Michael Myers's childhood. The film posits Michael (played by a creepily vacant Daeg Faerch) as a troubled child made all the worse by a horrible home life--wonderfully illustrated via William Forsythe's ...

Resident Evil: Extinction film
$10.35 Based on the graphic novel by Steve Niles and Ben Templesmith, 30 DAYS OF NIGHT works overtime to pump fresh life into the vampire genre. Director David Slade (HARD CANDY) has created a series of pulse-pounding sequences, ripe with carnage, employing few tricks to keep his vision from getting lost in the seemingly tireless undertow of "undead" films. Located in the northernmost part of Alaska, the town of Barrow experiences a complete lack of sunshine for an entire month once a year. The town is populated with tough, hardworking, and generally law-abiding citizens, so there hasn't been much for Sheriff Eben Olesen (Josh Hartnett) to do except brood over his separation from his fire marshall wife, Stella (Melissa George). As darkness descends for its annual 30-day day, ...
