Survivors of the zombie-making T-virus are few and far between, but Alice (Milla Jovovich) treks her way across the desolate landscape, fending off zombies and fighting the Umbrella Corporation. Not only is the company responsible for the virus and the state of the world, but their experiments also turned Alice into a super-human fighting machine. She reunites with Carlos (Oded Fehr) and L.J. (Mike Epps) when she joins with a caravan of people led by Claire Redfield (Ali Larter, HEROES). Together, the band battles the undead as they make their way to the promised safety of Alaska.
The zombies of RESIDENT EVIL: EXTINCTION have more in common with the fast-moving fiends of 28 DAYS LATER than with the lumbering creatures of George Romero's classic NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD. However, this film doesn't limit itself to human zombies; instead, there's horror to be found in undead dogs and crows. But none of these are any match for Jovovich's Alice. Whether clad in chaps and short shorts or a slinky red dress and boots, Jovovich is dressed to kill as she takes down the zombie hordes with a lethal combination of guns, knives, and a powerful pair of legs. Just as in ULTRAVIOLET and THE FIFTH ELEMENT, the actress has perfected the role of the dangerous beauty, and this film's blend of butt-kicking action and horror-movie scares provides the perfect opportunity for her to shine. Resident Evil: Extinction Video Resident Evil: Extinction Movie Review Slam Dunk! Another awesome series in the Resident Evil Trilogy. I tuly can see more and more happneing for at least a total of six in the series.
A TV series would not be out of the question.
The photography, CG and details of the infected were outstanding. Submitted by scuba1061 (Gilbert, AZ, USA) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No 1 of 1 found this helpful. This review is for a different format.
Great Zombie/Monster Action Fest! This movie was great. I liked it much better than the first two. It had the creepiest, scariest zombies in the series so far, and some very interesting twists. They really made you feel like it was the end of the world in this movie. The action scenes were excellent! This movie had hordes of flesh-eating zombies, monster dogs, flocks of killer crows, and the obligatory boss monster at the end. The ending also left you with the knowledge of more ass-kicking to come and wanting to know what will happen next. If you liked the first two Resident Evil films, you will definitely like this one. I still feel this way! Allthought I still think this is the greatest movie of 2007 I also think it was still too slow paced but with some great moments I love Resident Evil movies and I especially love Milla Jovovich's acting It just seemed to be a bridge for a fourth Resident Evil movie! Which I hope there will be a fourth one with Milla playing alice and also I would really love to see Sienna Guillory play Jill Valentine in a fourth Resident Evil movie! Resident Evil: Extinction film
$29.79 Based on the graphic novel by Frank Miller and Lynn Varley, 300 takes over the screen like an invading horde. With all the gushing blood of a horror movie and the scope of a classic epic, the second film from Zack Snyder (who helmed the 2004 remake of DAWN OF THE DEAD) is an impressive visual spectacle. Gerard Butler (THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA) plays Leonidas, the king of ancient Sparta. The city is famous for its warrior philosophy, and Leonidas won't kneel to the demands of Persia's King Xerxes (LOST's Rodrigo Santoro). Instead, Leonidas leads his ...

$31.05 Based on the graphic novel by Steve Niles and Ben Templesmith, 30 DAYS OF NIGHT works overtime to pump fresh life into the vampire genre. Director David Slade (HARD CANDY) has created a series of pulse-pounding sequences, ripe with carnage, employing few tricks to keep his vision from getting lost in the seemingly tireless undertow of "undead" films. Located in the northernmost part of Alaska, the town of Barrow experiences a complete lack of sunshine for an entire month once a year. The town is populated with tough, hardworking, and generally law-abiding citizens, so there hasn't ...

Resident Evil: Extinction DVD
$29.85 Hollywood's most celebrated luminaries--behind the camera as well as in front of it--combined talents to present this epic tale of the development of the American West from the 1830s through the Civil War to the end of the century, as seen through the eyes of one pioneer family. The film, divided into three chapters--"The Civil War" (directed by John Ford), "The Railroad" (directed by George Marshall), and "The River, the Plains, the Outlaws" (directed by Henry Hathaway)--tells the story of the Prescotts, a spirited group of easterners who make a declaration to migrate west. When their parents are lost in a tragic river accident, Eve (Carroll Baker) and Lilith (Debbie Reynolds) go their separate ways. Eve remains on the land that took her parents, settling down with the well-intentioned ...
