Minute by Minute album for sale Product Description
Minute by Minute album for sale by Doobie Brothers was released Mar 25, 2008 on the Friday Music label. The Doobie's biggest commercial success coincided with Michael McDonald's emergence as the leader of the band. Minute by Minute CD music His brilliant brand of sophisticated, keyboard-driven pop soul, as exemplified by the title track and the huge hit "What a Fool Believes," was instantly identifiable and almost impossible to resist. There are tracks here that look back to the Doobie's earlier days as a biker boogie band, in particular "Don't Stop to Watch the Wheels," and "Steamer Lane Breakdown," a country song reminiscent of the Byrds' "Nashville West." | best cd version...but, i remember the vinyl Well Mr Steve Hoffman mastered this cd pretty good, at least significantly better than the original cd release. However, I remember the vinyl version and sad to say it, the new cd release just didn't capture the magic sound of this release. On the vinyl I remember the details in the guitar and vocals, it appears the details have been smoothed out for the cd. Unfortunately the new cd release didn't really engage me in the music like I had hoped. But, for CD this is the best version you can get. | The Best Doobies By Far The best and most complete Doobies album by far. A combination of harmonies, great lyrics and rhythm to boot. Wind down the windows in the car and crank up How Do "Those Fools Survive"....and look at the response from those poor unfortunate souls who weren't born when this was released!
