Beginning as a six-piece band in 2005, Through A Glass had a grass roots beginning, playing at local schools, clubs, and churches. Now the band is what many would call 'on the verge' as they progress at a rapid pace. The band was in the midst of recording their first full-length project in the summer of 2006 when singer/keyboard player, 16 year-old Nathan Johnson was killed in a car accident. This tragedy sparked a fire in the lives and music of the band and they released the record in his memory, titled 'Called Out: A Tribute', in November of 2006. From there, the band began to ride a wave of open doors, as the tide began to change. The band took time to recollect, heal, and then began to write music and play again.

Alissa Moreno was born on a Navajo Indian Reservation in New Mexico. Her passion for music started when she began playing violin at the age of 2. As a teen, she moved to Kona, Hawaii to spend time with her grandfather, Bob Moreno. An established musician, Bob guided and encouraged her as she developed her piano, guitar, and vocal skills. Over the following years, she moved to Los Angeles and became both a successful artist and an accomplished songwriter. In 2008, Alissa's debut album, 'In Your Wake,' was released on her own label, Pi Records. It has already sold over 10,000 copies. Her first single, 'Far From Here,' is playing on Hot A/C, AAA and college radio stations across the U.S. It was also licensed as the theme song for the Lifetime hit 'Army Wives.
