| | Eros Ramazzotti Eros (Italian) CD (1997) Italian
Lucila Cueva
$9.05 The Italian version of EROS contains 2 songs that do not appear on the Spanish version. It also contains 8 songs that are completely re-recorded.
At the height of his popularity, after establishing a fan base for himself across much of Western Europe as well as parts of the Spanish-language world, Italian singer/songwriter Eros Ramazzotti took some time off during the late '90s and released Eros, a greatest-hits compilation comprised primarily of newly recorded material. The 16-track compilation is comprised of five songs that appear in their original versions, nine that have been newly recorded specifically for this compilation, and two new ones. While the decision to re-record the majority of the inclusions is unusual for a greatest-hits album, Eros ends up being a much more interesting album than it would have been otherwise. The nine songs that are re-recorded are the early hits of Ramazzotti, namely "Terra Promesa" (originally released in 1984), "Una Storia Importante" ...

Focusing on the more experimental and cerebral sides of their songwriting they recorded their first full length, self titled Cd, and released it independently in 2001. Gabrielle and Burette moved to Burlington, Vermont in the summer of 2001 and released their album to good reviews and a warm reception. The live ...

Lucila Cueva
$10.15 As moody as a recovering addict and as electrifying as a fork in a socket, XrayOK breathes new life into electronic music.A long journey has been XrayOK’s evolution. It began with TJ Hill writing music in his New York apartment, then hooking up with Montreal’s Ally Smith. They decided, after going broke, that they needed to move to the hot, desolate city known as Phoenix. There they met brothers Jack and Chuckie Duff. During recording their first album, Reflex, Chuckie left the band. The trio then found another bass player, Michael Hartman and recorded an EP, Like Life, which charted well on college and alternative radio stations. During this time, playing with acts such as She Wants Revenge, Death From Above 1979, The Lovemakers, and ...

| | Low Deezie Subject & The Predicate CD (2009)
Lucila Cueva
$16.45 LowDeezie is a certified lyricist hailing out of the Highland Hills area( a well-known neighborhood in Oak Cliff, which is located on the southeast side of Dallas, TX ). He is one of the hardest spitting dudes in the Big D, due to his rugged delivery, clever wordplay, & his flamboyant street swagger. Critics believe that the standard of the industry is currently watered down since the South has dominated the game. But the whole realistic vibe that Lowdeezie brings to the table rekindles the spirit of the old Southern Hip-Hop era that in the beginning didn't get mainstream exposure such as artists like Scarface, Big Mike, 8ball & MJG, Outkast, UGK, Mr. Mike, Fat Pat, & many more. Audio Crack Album Review 2006-2007 Finally, the time has come for LowDeezie to put his work in your grasps. His first debut album "Audio Crack"( which is to be released under his own independent imprint; P.M.G. Ent.) Displays a vivid conception of the way of life in Dallas. The topics and subject matter of the LP are much more creative than most and extreme style versatility is present also. The album kicks off with the J heaven produced track "Make Sure My Mic Right" on which Highland Hills Slim spits heavy lyricism over the victorious and triumphant strings. Songs like the self-titled "Audio Crack"are automatic bangers. The Spliff Wayne produced track delivers a mesmerizing bass line as LowDeezie rides on the brass instruments and lead guitar with lyrics comparing his music to the addiction of crack. "The studio's The Kitchen and them junkies is ya fan base/ My lyrics is the soft white I'm whipping ...
