| | Rustmine Self Destruct CD Rustmine Discography of CDs
RUSTMINE is a five piece, American, melodic-metal band with band members both from Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA. RUSTMINE came together as a full band in August 2006. Rhythm guitarist Josh Smeller started the band, and soon started jamming with lead guitar player Jay Kay in 2004. Shortly after Jay Kay joined RUSTMINE, our former bass player joined the band and offered to play bass guitar part time to help get the band formed. Josh, Jay and our former bass player jammed with various drummers until drummer Tracy James Finck joined the band in August 2005. At this point, the four musicians began crafting songs and searching for a lead vocalist. The band was fully formed, and started moving forward when vocalist Sam Logan joined the band in late May of 2006. Damian Hassett joined as the full time bass player in October of 2008. ***2009*** The band is currently doing very, very well; writing album 2 and playing live shows. Brief History of the bad....After almost three months of rehearsing and writing, RUSTMINE played their first show, co-headlining at the Aladdin Theater in Portland, OR in July of 2006. The first live show was a success. Six months later, at RUSTMINE's second ever show, they were filmed for a television show, and selected to be Crave Magazine's Northwest Featured Artist for Crave's January 2007 issue. During this period RUSTMINE recorded their first, self-titled, four song demo. With the success of the next four shows, and the reviews of the demo, RUSTMINE then decided to start recording their professional, self-titled, debut album 'Self Destruct' in May of 2007. The album was released on February 26th, 2008. For more information on RUSTMINE, and it's members, please visit them online at: RUSTMINE and Myspace /RUSTMINE. | | Dokken Tooth And Nail CD (1984)
Self Destruct CD music
$5.99 TOOTH AND NAIL contains some of Dokken's best all-time tracks--especially a pair of rockers that were issued as MTV videos ("Just Got Lucky" and "Into the Fire"). Also featured was the ferocious album-opening title track (proceeded by the short instrumental "Without Warning"), as well as the concert favorite "When Heaven Comes Down." But the album's best track is undoubtedly the aforementioned "Alone ...

Self Destruct music CDs
$21.19 Special Edition CD includes the full album, a CD of instrumental mixes of the album and a CD of six cover songs.
Dream Theater's tenth long-player is about as dense and challenging as any album in the band's discography and emphasizes not only the virtuoso members' stupefying musicianship, but also their most aggressive and thoroughly metallic songwriting tendencies. The sixteen-minute opener "A Nightmare to Remember" quickly establishes this agenda via frequently thrash-paced staccato riffing, some of John Petrucci's most blistering guitar solos ever, and the ...
| | Dream Theater Awake CD (1994)
Self Destruct songs
$9.19 Dream Theater's web of metal and progressive elements comes roaring out of the speakers at full throttle like some manic coupling of Frank Zappa, Guns & Roses and Yes, a garish torrent of virtuoso chopsmanship, classical flourishes and good old fashioned nosebleed metal.
With his snaking, syncopated lines, complicated rhythmic variations and crunching tone, Dream Theater's John Petrucci is a guitar hero for the '90s, and string slingers who admire the likes of Alan Holdsworth and Steve Vai will find much to admire in his unhinged extended flights on "Voices" and "Erotomania." And singer James LaBrie possesses the kind of classic tenor pipes that distinguish singers like Robert Plant, Steve Perry, Geddy Lee and Axl Rose from the rest of the pack: the kind of powerhouse squawk that can push through the guitars and keyboards--hey, you can hear him in Antarctica.
The songs on AWAKE constitute a richly orchestrated suite of moods, and tend towards ...

Prior to the release of Metallica's first live collection, LIVE SHIT: BINGE & PURGE, the band issued the following warning to their fans-"expect the unexpected." What an understatement! Included in this mammoth box set are three compact discs (the cassette version contains two tapes), three videotapes (the DVD version contains 2 DVD's), a 72-page book chock full of photos and notes (included on DVD 2 on the DVD version), a backstage pass replica and a stencil drawing courtesy of James Hetfield. Self Destruct music CDs
$14.79 Kim Acuna's music is rich. . . a complex blend of original indie pop, rock, blues, and jazz with an occasional splash of Latin. Her deep, rich vocals and insightful lyrics combine with an articulate, rhythmic guitar style to produce a unique, full bodied sound - a seductive musical experience that resonates with audiences long after the performance. Kim's charismatic talent captures audiences everywhere she plays, with a voice said to be reminiscent of k.d. lang and a unique guitar style that brings other guitarists to the front row for a closer look.'.... So this is what acoustic pop is supposed to sound like. Kim's writing is incisive and thought provoking, her guitar playing grooving and rhythmic, and her singing is all at once dead-on and go for broke. Pack a dress and a toothbrush, Kim, you won't be home much once this album gets ...
