Pop/Jazz/Blues Vocalist Suede Celebrates her 25th Anniversary with a New Big Band CD!“Dangerous Mood,” the eagerly awaited new CD from pop/jazz/blues vocalist Suede, featuring pianist Janice Friedman and the 12 piece Dangerous Big Band is the latest release by pop/jazz/blues phenom Suede.Suede’s last DVD release currently airs nationally on PBS stations. Her recording of “Emily Remembers” garnered national radio airplay and recognition. One part Rat Pack and one part Rosie Clooney, Suede is the "Diva la Difference" - sassy, classy and fun. She plays piano, trumpet and guitar, but voice is her first instrument and entertaining is her first love. On this new release she is backed by her New York based, hand picked, Dangerous Big Band of core trio and 9 piece horn section. Imagine a cross between Ella Fitzgerald and Bette Midler, add a dash of Louis Armstrong, and you might get some idea of Suede's powerful presence, musical talents, and well honed skills. She is a consummate entertainer and song stylist among the likes of Tony Bennett and company - the classic singer's singer. Suede sings original material and pop, blues and jazz standards like nobody you've ever heard. Think sophisticated pop/jazz; think naughty blues with a sizzling trumpet, think love songs that make you swoon, think funny, think wow, what a voice!

Dangerous Mood music CDs
$6.15 When this was released in 1971, the Faces also released LONG PLAYER (following the dropping of "Small" from the band's name) and frontman Rod Stewart released the seminal EVERY PICTURE TELLS A STORY. The three-album output was especially remarkable for the Faces, as the band was more known for skirt-chasing and carousing than recording music. NOD found the Faces fusing together a grittier blues ...

Dangerous Mood songs
$6.19 By the time the Faces' fourth album came out in 1973, Rod Stewart had already become a solo superstar, causing stresses within the band. Stewart and founding member/bassist Ronnie Lane reportedly fought throughout the making of OOH LA LA, particularly when Stewart's solo commitments kept him from attending Faces recording sessions. That ...
| | Motorhead No Remorse CDs (1984)
Dangerous Mood album
$18.59 There have been dozens and dozens of Motörhead compilations released over the decades, but the first one remains definitive, even if it's not perfect. Released in 1984 as a gap-filler -- for Motörhead were regrouping in the wake of the bandmember shuffling that followed the odd Another Perfect Day album -- No Remorse compiled two-dozen songs across two discs (latter-day editions adding a good serving of bonus tracks, too). Many of the band's best songs to date are here, like "Ace of Spades," "Stay Clean," "Overkill," "Bomber," and "Iron Fist." There are also four new recordings that were cut exclusively for No Remorse: "Killed by Death," "Snaggletooth," "Steal Your Face," and "Locomotive." These four songs were cut by the newly instated four-piece lineup that would go on to record Orgasmatron (1986): guitarists Michael Burston and Phil Campbell, drummer Peter Gill, and of course, bassist/vocalist Lemmy. ...

Dangerous Mood music CDs
$17.75 "Darrin Kobetich is one of those rare treasures in Tarrant County. He plays at great venues around town, has an ever-growing following of loyal and truly addicted fans, but the vast depth of his talent has not yet been realized by the masses which means that if you are going to see him, you had better do it now before fame makes him unavailable. If you ask a fan what kind of music he plays, they will have a hard time answering you. To some it is folk, to some it is bluegrass but with a twist, to some it is acoustic rock and roll. No matter how you define it, it is hypnotic, entrancing, deliciously wicked and if you have a deep appreciation for how quickly fingers can move across a guitar string, it is nearly unfathomable." -Lisa Gail Barnes, fwsistercities.org- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Originally from Long Island, New York, I started out with four chords at age 12, shown to me by my Dad.
