Exceeded My expectations
I consider"Lonesome Dove" one of the best Westerns of all time. As soon as it was available I purchased a "VHS" copy 15 years ago and as soon as the "DVD version was available I jumped on the oportunity to purchase it about 8 years ago.

Good old fashioned western!
This is my friend's favorite movie! He had an old video and I decided he needed a better viewing experience! He was thrilled!

Excellent
I could only find one fault that at 6 hrs it was NOT long enough. I was amazed at all aspects of this DVD.
