Nordgarden“The Path of Love” Nordgarden is a 29-year old singer/songwriter from Hamar, a small town just north of Oslo. For seven years he has been making a living working his way through Europe playing on the streets, in cafes and in bars from Sicily down south to Trondheim up north. He lived three years in Italy where he released his first album “Terje Nordgarden” in 2003 on Stoutmusic, an Italian indie label based in Florence. The album was embraced by the critics and enabled him to tour all over the country. The same year he played at the Main Stage at Arezzo Wave and at By:larm in Norway. A couple of years later he moves home to Norway and records his second album, ”A Brighter Kind of Blue”. He wants to give it an acoustic feel – going back to his roots with just his guitar and his voice with sparse arrangements where the trumpet of Peder Oiseth has an essential role. It is released in 2006 on the Norwegian label Blue Mood/Grappa.
