Ireland's pop-vocal quintet Celtic Thunder became a sensation in the U.S. through a much-viewed PBS concert special. Their second album, ACT TWO, broadens their appeal even further. Singing in various combinations of solos and ensembles, the five vocalists tackle both Celtic ("Raggle Taggle Gypsy," "Danny Boy") and non-Celtic ("Knights in White Satin," "I Wanna Know What Love Is") material in an impassioned style that melds their Irish roots with eclectic pop sensibilities, positioning them as something like the Emerald Isle's answer to the Three Tenors.

I have seen Celtic Thunder on Channel 8and thought wow what a great show, I wanted the musicand your company was the only one that had it. Irecieved my music on time and have really enjoyed it. If you like Celtic music, try this CDas well as Celtic women, both are great. Each voice is distinct, but blend very well together unlike anything you have ever heard.

This CD has the remainder of the music from their concert that is not on the first Celtic Thunder CD. With the two of them, you have all the music from the concert plus a couple of new songs. I just love these guys - the music is uplifting and the voices are amazing!

This is a great cd. I was very happy when I found out this came out with the songs that weren't included on the first album that were on the dvd. With the first cd I was disappointed that songs like "Ride On", "Heartbreaker", "I Wanna Know What Love Is" and "Nights In White Satin" weren't on it cause those are some great songs. Then this album came out and it's a must have.

I first heard this group when I was in Oregon with my cousin. She heard it from her parents, I fell in love with this group when I heard it, and also the voice of Damian and Keith. All of the members have great voices and work well with each other. If you like Irish/ Celtic or traditional music, you will love these guys. They have new songs, and traditional ones on their CD so you should definatly buy it.
