Pineda,Guadalupe Vol. 1-La Voz En Vivo album
$12.69 Formed in 1996, the trio grew up near the marshes east of the Gunnel Oval in Kearny, NJ, and has since gained a loyal and nationwide following. The band's song "Turnaround" is featured in the 2008 Spencer Breslin/Cuba Gooding, Jr., movie "Harold" (look for the scene where Breslin and co-star Nikki Blonsky take off together on a Rascal). Their song "End of the Arrogance" was selected by longtime fan Little Steven van Zandt for inclusion on his stellar CD compilation "Little Steven's Garage Rock Invasion." Both songs can be found on TV Sound's first full-length CD "Record Jacket Life." The band's sound marries the raw simplicity of the early Who and Kinks with the lyrical intensity of the Jam and the Clash. Disciples of the holy trinity of guitar, bass, and drums, their music can be heard regularly on legendary free-form radio station WFMU during the Glen Jones Radio Program featuring X.Ray Burns, and on Joe Belock's Three Chord Monte.Review of āRecord Jacket Lifeā in Jersey Beat MagazineTV SOUND - Record Jacket Life I was first taken by a simple three song demo from these guys about six months ago. Since that time, I had been wondering when they would release a full length. Yes, the influences are easy to detect, particularly the Jam, the Beatles and even a little Stones, yet TV Sound have the ability to pay homage without simply imitating. The vocals of guitarist Jeff Maiore and bassist Dave Della Fera are hypnotic, as they croon through sixteen pop rock gems. Efforts like "End of the Arrogance", "What It Was", "I Knew the Rhyme" and "God Bless You, Boys" feature ...

Pineda,Guadalupe Vol. 1-La Voz En Vivo CD music
$7.19 My name is Danielle Thrush. But really cool people like to call me DTI love macaroni & cheese and Mythbusters. And eating the first while I watch the second makes my day every time. Some say I'm a little lady with a big voice. Writing and performing are what make me tick and I find a great amount of my refuge in a bunch of black and white keys. I've pretty much loved music forever. Churches, choirs, musicals, talent shows, and even operas have all been my stage of choice at one point or another. I started writing at my piano a few years ago and it just might have been the day I decided I'll have to do this forever. There were some pretty big heart aches that brought me the ammunition and inspiration for "Long Way Down" and they were anything but easy to go through. But each ache wrote a part of this EP and that makes every one of them worth it.Every song is a new story. Some mine, and some others'. And although pain seems to bring out the best writer in me, there are a whole lot of things that come out when I start tickling those ivories. In January ...
