Tha Carter III - Explicit Version CD music With myself being from Louisiana, I still hold high respect for the first Carter. There is no song on the Album that has that Louisiana feel to it.

Tha Carter III - Explicit Version buy CD music I know y'all lil wayne fans are gonna hate me for this but i thought this album was terrible. Lil Wayne is the most overated rapper alive thats all i got to say.
