On what is billed as his final album, Hector takes an introspective turn.
From his early days as one-half of Héctor y Tito (Los Bambinos) to his solo career as a producer vocalist collaborating with hip-hop giants such as Jay-Z, Héctor Delgado aka "El Father" has enjoyed a meteoric rise corresponding to the reggaetón genre that he helped introduce to the mainstream. On what is billed as his final album, Hector takes an introspective turn, examining his life and his faith. Entitled JUICIO FINAL (Spanish for "judgment day"), the record kicks off with an extended intro that sees Héctor conversing with the Almighty and goes on to waver between feverish reggaetón rhythms and slower heartfelt ballads. Harry Maldonado and Cosculluela are also featured.
