Soundtrack English; Special Edition Based on Ian Fleming's 1951 novel. The suave agent 007 is the object of an international conspiracy to humiliate the West. They use a voluptuous Russian girl to entice him into their trap. Classic fight scene between Connery and Shaw. The organization's mad plan for world supremacy unfolds with the icy efficiency of a chessmaster's complex strategy, and if they succeed, the antagonism of the cold war will be pushed from deep-freeze to the supernova of atomic oblivion. But our man Bond dispatches sultry spies, madmen, and double agents with the same coolness he displays while downing martinis and making love to beautiful blondes. In this, the second of the series, Bond travels to Turkey to meet a mysterious Russian woman who claims to have fallen in love with his photograph. She offers him a secret translating device if he will join her, although he does not know that she has been put up to the task by Rosa Klebb, formerly of the KGB, who has gone to work for SPECTRE. It's Bond's assignment to get the girl and the machine back to England--and to do it, of course, in style.

From Russia With Love Video From Russia With Love Movie Review  "Red wine with fish - that should have told me something."
Great entry in the 007 series. Sean Connery returns as James Bond and goes to Istanbul, Turkey to find a decoding machine and bring it back to England. Robert Shaw is great as Donald 'Red' Grant, the SPECTRE assassin. One of the best fights of series, too - Bond and Grant go at it aboard the Orient Express! Good stuff.

MIGHT BE THE BEST BOND FILM ,,MUST SEE
Some argue this was the best of the Bond films..excellent film,,thrilling,,great acting,,the Bond-Grant fight scene on the train is brutal and one of the best in action film history perhaps,,,,a must see film

Rosa Kleb gives new meaning to ugly and Sean Connery, the only worthy James Bond, is up to handling her quite well.

Very close to the original book, it is probably the best Bond movie so far!Great story,superb direction and editing,tight plot,fantastic locations,hair raising suspense,wonderful music,brilliant acting and out of the world beauties! Definitely one of the two best Bonds so far.Casino Royale being the second one!

From Russia With Love DVD Sean Connery returns as James Bond in this thrill-a-minute adventure featuring remarkable villains, beautiful women and exotic locales! Let's Go Sailing seems like a pretty average twee band, what with their penchant for the Smiths, their album's construction paper and crayon artwork, and Shana Levy's vulnerable, often vibrato-less vocals. But those who can get past The Chaos in Order's darling cover art will find an album as full of pathos as anything put out by the would-be Elliott Smiths of the world. Let's Go Sailing sounds a little like Rosie Thomas, but they're better off shelved next to Great Aunt Ida; they're whimsical and gentle, but they're also blessed with a complicating, wry world-weariness. "Sideways" is a great example of this -- it's sugary and pop-oriented, but it's also laced through with Levy's melancholic, somewhat chagrined vocals.
