(2 Customer Reviews)
Hungarian born Attila Csupo studied music theory and piano in Budapest. He moved to Los Angeles, California in 1979 to pursue his dreams. Ironically he worked for Billboard Magazine's Beverly Hills office as a staff photographer for 9 years, covering the American Music Awards, Grammy Awards, MTV Music Video Awards to name a few with hundreds of photos published all over the world. His first album is the product of many years of playing and composing music that sounds and feels like movie soundtracks with an ambient touch.Emotions played a major role in creating this album. With his legendary Hungarian musician friend Joe Laux, formerly with the rock groups Omega and LGT at hand in L.A. in 2007, he assembled some pretty interesting tunes and began recording. A year later, all pieces fell in place and created "Spanish Eyes". It reflects a state of mind associated with the enjoyment of life and its beautiful creatures. Love and relationships come and go, however their marks are left forever encased in the sound of music....When you are ready to sit back and unwind from your daily pressures, slip a copy of this wonderful disc in your player and enjoy the harmonious sounds of Attila Csupo's keyboard adventures."I listen to Attila's cd in the car during my work day. It is incredibly relaxing, and takes me mentally to a state of calm and quiet. The music is simply amazing, I feel as if I am at the spa!" | Spanish Eyes Music Review Average Rating: (5 out of 5 stars) Great meditation tunes! Wonderfully composed, romantic love songs fused into a great CD, where piano, guitar and symphonic orchestra sounds ease your pain from the full day of work. Recommend to anyone who appreciates ambient and classical music that sounds like motion picture tunes... Submitted by Alexendra (New York, N.Y., USA) Was This Review Helpful? The most relaxing music I've ever heard I have to admit, I rarely bump into music that gets my attention the way Attila Csupo's Spanish Eye have. Each song is beautiful, but I specially enjoyed the track: "Hold My Hand"... The reflection of love and affection comes through its melody, incorporating the soothing sound of the ocean in the background. I highly recommend this to album to anyone, who would like to unwind immediately upon hearing the very first few seconds into the album. I absolutely LOVE it!!! | | George Winston Autumn CD (1980) Windham Hill 20th Anniversary Edition
Spanish Eyes
$8.89 Principally recorded on June 19-20, 1980. Includes liner notes by George Winston.
AUTUMN was superstar new age pianist George Winston's first album to sell more than 1,000,000 copies. Listening to these spare, emotionally rich pieces, it's easy to understand why. But it's also clear what sets Winston apart from the hordes of other new age piano soloists: an insistent--occasionally even jarring--gothic sensibility that informs his music.
Like many of his albums, AUTUMN found its inspiration in the seasonal changes wrought upon the Montana landscape that Winston calls home. Though it might be easy to pigeonhole ...

| | The Best of Diane Arkenstone CD (2005)
Spanish Eyes
$13.25 This 2005 retrospective is culled from Diane Arkenstone's 14 solo albums, plus two brand new tracks. The music on THE BEST OF varies considerably, but there is thematic consistency. As evidenced by the titles alone, it's clear that nature is Arkenstone's musical inspiration.
"Under the Blue Sky" is a pop tune replete with beautiful lyrics about the sea, dreams, and spiritual healing. Other tracks such as "The Hills at Sunset" and "Canyon Dreams" feature ...

Spanish Eyes
$10.15 Sam Burton has a natural sound not just because he's a young singer songwriter who plays acoustically, but if you close your eyes while listening you can actually feel his passionate vibes pour out of the speaker and fill the room. Sam is the type of troubadour that can pick up an instrument and let his soulful voice tell a story. With world-weary lyrics coupled with strong high notes and melodies Sam will tap into your love of timeless music; for instance throughout “Calling Me Out”, as Burton sings “oh my darling please, if there’s any color left, show it to me” you can ...
