Sora, Donald and Goofy travel down a long road that meanders through endless fields, and come to a crossroads. As Sora stands in the crossroads, he gazes up at the night sky and thinks of his lost friends. Just then, a mysterious man approaches from down one of the branching paths. "Ahead lies something you need," he says, "but to claim it, you must lose something dear." The man vanishes before a single path, leading to a castle that eerily resembles a girl's drawing...In the coming journey, what will Sora and his companions gain, and what will they lose?Kingdom Hearts: RE: Chain of Memories is a fully 3D remake of the Game Boy Advance title with a newly-redesigned battle system (based on the KHII Reaction system), new cards, new boss battles, new game scenes, and full cinematics and voice dialog. Kingdom Hearts Re : Chain Of Memories Games Review Average Rating: (4.6 out of 5 stars) Kingdom Hearts Re:CoM same old but good game As a port from the GBA version is an excellent one even that the animations feel recycled from the other two titles. The card gameplay is well portrayed in this version, is really fun mix the cards to win instead of a menu, but like it's big brothers (KH1 & KH2) this game have an horrible camera. Something funny is hearing Sora's voice more "adult" than the one in Kingdom Hearts 2. Submitted by snake55eater (México, DF, MEX) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No
a great remake As most of us know, kingdom hearts:chain of memories was originally released for the game boy advance. This PS2 remake is amazing and plus, there's theatre mode so you can replay scenes. The card based melee system is simple and easy to learn. Buy this, it's worth every cent, just like the other kingdom hearts games are. Submitted by Justin (whiterock,BC,Canada) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No
my thoughts on KH re-chain MAINLY FOR KINDGOM HEARTS FANS.i played the first KH and loved it and i was going to play KH 2 but my friend told me that RE chain is a gap inbetween the KH one and Kh 2 so i got the game loved the opening Cut scenes i was amazed that it started right off from KH one. then i was like wow cards? new contorls usings different buttins then before. it made me mad at first real mad it was totally different from SMASHING THE X button till someone died. but once the story started rolling and i got more used to the contorls it really started growing on me.
so my advice to anyone who hasnt played KINGDOM HEARTS go buy the first one then play re chain then KH2.
and my adice to people as they start re chain on ps2 have an open mind and know that its alot different feel then KH 1 OR KH 2 but in my book ITS A 5STAR ALL THE WAY i love the story i love all the little exrtas you get with it and your not totally lost when you start KH 2.
lol well enjoy guys

Why KH Re:CoM is great. It involves a more complex story than KH1 or KH2. It has more memorable Oraganisation XIII members that don't die in the story after 2 cutsences like in KH2.
It added more character to Riku. The story shows changes in Riku's heart, personality, and thought.
This game also has more features than the original GBA versions. EX: more minigames, extra's in 100 acre wood, and you can here what Larxene, Vexen, Zexion, Marluxia, and
You find out that Marluxia is pronouced
Mar-loush-e-a. lol
I give it a 10 out of 5!
