The band chose the name coz it\'s quirky, fun and interesting. We\'ve since found out that it\'s also the name of a lingerie store in Los Angeles. \"Between the Bars\" is their third release. Between The Bars album
$19.98 It's a commonly held opinion among fans and band alike that Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers' lone live album, 1986's Pack Up the Plantation, didn't quite capture the group at its peak, so there has been a long-standing need for another live set, which 2009's Live Anthology finally provides. ...

Between The Bars CD music
$11.17 It's no secret that John Mayer is a 21st Century Fox, wining and dining women all through tabloid headlines, so it's about time he delivered an album that traded upon his loverman persona -- and Battle Studies is that record in spades. Retaining more than a modicum of the slick, soul-blues undertones of Continuum, Mayer fashions a modern groove album, a record that maintains a smooth seductive vibe so thoroughly ...

Between The Bars CD music
$9.29 Out of the ashes of a scorched scene rises a new breed of punk rock. we are from long island, and here to bring this scene back to what it once was. writing honest songs from the heart, about truth and life experience. this is what we do. no bull shit just rock n roll. we do it for the people, songs for the streets, for the kids, something for them to listen to and appreciate instead of some whiney bull shit that this scene has been plagued with for the last few years. well your time is up bitches. with an in your face attack and a not give a damn attitude, we are here to make your ears bleed and give you something new to listen to. we play loud fast and hard. anything from punk to blues to rockabilly to just straight fowrard rock n roll. we just released our debut full length on motherbox records, so get your ass to one of our shows. also check out the other motherbox bands, we are proud to be a part of this kick ass family. ...........THIS IS OUR TIME, SO WATCH OUT ..........From Punkrockreview. org:Rebel Dead – “S/T”Rebel Dead – “S/T” - http://www. myspace. com/therebeldeadrnr – Formally “The Devilles” I don’t know what happened to cause the name change, but Rebel Dead are just as good as they were when they were The Devilles. The Devilles made one of my favorite rockabilly-ish songs ever “Johnny Sings The Blues” (Not just because of the name either, fuck face). As far as rock-n-roll. Rockabilly-ish music goes, Rebel Dead have this shit down to a science. The guitars sound lean, sharp, and powerful; the vocals are better controlled than ever before; and the drums have a tight snap that suits both the punkier songs as well as the slower, blusier tunes. I’m not a huge rockabilly guy, but if I was Rebel Dead would probably be one of my favorite bands of all time. The band tears through a fair share of rollicking, straight-ahead hard rock with songs like "I Got It Bad" and "Break Me Down" but they also show a reflective, heartfelt, country-inspired side with songs like "Bottomed Out" and not to forget the blue collar classic, “Cheers, Fuck Face”(the best title on the album). If your girlfriend looks like a pin up girl or your boyfriend’s idol is Mike Ness, this album is a must have for your collection. Otherwise regular listeners to Rockabilly or fans of bar room gang vocal rock songs will more than likely enjoy this album.4/5From punkrockreviews.com:So many bands these days rely on some type of gimmick, multi colored fashion hair, matching work shirts complete with car company patches, tight black ripped pants with Discharge stickers smelling like they aint been washed in weeks, errrrrr ever. It's refreshing to hear and see a band present themselves for what they are, a rock n roll band plain and simple no frills, no cookie cutter looks or image to present. These four compradres, Jason (Guitars & Vocals), Erik, (Guitars & Vocals), Steve, (Bass&Vocals) Andrew(drums) outta Long Island New York area have cut a debut CD to be proud of, if what they were after is a raw testament to rock n roll for the everyman. No over pontificating world politics, no diatribes on failed social/economic policies, these are songs of pride, hard work, family & friends, toughness, those who lost and keep on fighting. Don't let the melodies fool you into thinking this lacks punch, it does not lack anything, and the band ...
