Not to be confused with the Greta Garbo melodrama of the same name, the romantic comedy CAMILLE stars Sienna Miller and James Franco as a pair of lovers on the run. But what saves this from being yet another BONNIE AND CLYDE knock-off is the simple fact that Camille (Miller, STARDUST) is dead. Franco (THE PINEAPPLE EXPRESS) plays Silas Parker, a man who reluctantly marries his parole officer's daughter, Camille, so he can take her to Niagra Falls and skip across the border into Canada. When the motorcycle-riding couple has an accident, Silas begins to notice some strange things about his blushing bride as her hair falls out and grows pale. Armed with a wig and a vat of Formaldehyde, the couple tries to prove their love can last as they evade the authorities. CAMILLE also stars David Carradine and Scott Glenn.

In this American remake of the 1977 French farce "Pardon Mon Affaire," Teddy Pierce (Gene Wilder) is a happily married man who gets into hot water when he becomes attracted to a beautiful model (Kelly Le Brock). He begins to pursue the "woman in red" as his married buddies -- who are each unfaithful to their own wives -- cheer him on. Teddy's attempts to woo the model without his family finding out causes some comic confusion -- and making the situation even more chaotic is a female coworker who is attracted to Teddy and begins to pursue him. Also featured is a top-of-the-charts soundtrack performed by Stevie Wonder and Dionne Warwick, including the Academy Award-winning song, "I Just Called To Say I Love You." Teddy glimpses the woman of his dreams and finds himself lost in her dream-like vision of loveliness. Teddy's infatuation leads him to pursue the "woman in red" through a hilarious obstacle course of mishaps and misunderstandings.

A celebration of the life of Tejano princess Selena Quintanilla Perez, the rising star who was gunned down by the president of her own fan club in 1995. Amid the racial tensions and economic hardships of 1980's South Texas, the daughter of a Mexican immigrant (himself a failed doo-wop singer) grows up to be a sensation in the blossoming Tejano scene before meeting a tragic end. Light on insight, this biopic revels rather in Selena's on-stage achievements. Selena's father is credited as an executive producer to the film. A powerful love story and heart-wrenching biopic. The birth of a superstar. Jennifer Lopez's groundbreaking performance headlines this vibrant film. The story of the singer whose life tragically ended just as she was reaching her dreams. Pulsating with Selena's voice on the soundtrack, the film recreates the life of a little girl who dreamed big and whose concerts became electrifying events. In the title role, Jennifer Lopez is herself electrifying. Newly re-mastered, this 2-disc Special Edition includes the never-before-released Extended/Director's Cut version, new interviews with Selena's family and Jennifer Lopez and clips from Selena's last performance!

Acclaimed British filmmaker Terence Davies revisits the city of his youth in the elegiac documentary OF TIME AND THE CITY. A deeply personal evocation of post-World War II Liverpool, the film is a patchwork visual poem woven from archival footage, a mash-up of classical and pop music standards, and Davies’s own incantations--delivered in his lugubrious, at times overwrought, elocution. Revealing a caustic wit and a biting contempt for institutions such as the Catholic Church and British royalty, the director underscores his hatred of such symbols by depicting images of the environs of Liverpool’s working class, an environment that Davies sneers at as demonstrating "the British genius for the dismal." From the decay of government-built council houses to the crumbling edifices of shipyards, Davies chooses to stare down an urban landscape that echoes his own troubled past. Davies speaks candidly of his own childhood experiences, from the specter of Catholic guilt and the "dark desires" of homosexuality awakened at professional wrestling matches, to the rapture of seeing Hollywood films and musicals--pain and pleasure the filmmaker has sought to come to terms with his whole adult life. Connecting a deeply personal biographical lens to the universal notion of time, place, and home, OF TIME AND THE CITY depicts the psychic dissonance of arriving 35 years later in a city where the ravages of urban blight and rapid gentrification have rendered it completely and utterly transformed. A beautiful visual poem. A love song and a eulogy to the director's birthplace of Liverpool with images which speak, a layered soundtrack of popular and classical music, voices, radio clips and a poignant voiceover by director Terence Davies.
