They opened in Calgary for the Stampeders who were flogging their hit Sweet City Woman. After high school their management co. got them a 2 album deal with Quality records and had a minor hit with a Don Owen song Mr. SunlightKeyboardist Bill McLean who had his band at Graydon as well, The Freedom Sound, who still get together for fun, joined Don and Bill in 1973. In Mississauga they were regulars at the Fritter Fest in Port Credit and played the 3 Crowns on Dundas (now the Cork and ??) for many years.
