| | Walter Egan Hi-Fi/The Last Stroll CD Walter Egan Discography of CDs
After the monumental success of his previous Not Shy album, Walter cut HiFi in a home recording studio to better capture the excitement of his live show with the Professional Band, with whom he'd been on the road for six months. Despite the momentum he'd achieved with the million-seller Magnet and Steel, Columbia Records managed to mis-promote this record. It is a lost treasure. After the disappointment with the promo on HiFi Walter wanted out of his six LP deal but was persuaded to have Earle Mankey (Beach Boys, 20/20)produce this outing. It was called the Last Stroll for a reason, and soon this under promoted disc soon met the same fate as its predecessor. It features guitar work by the legendary Deke Leonard. This CD also includes a bonus track of just the vocals from the hit Magnet and Steel.

Hi-Fi/The Last Stroll album
$14.38 Glitter and Doom Live, a double-disc set, marks Tom Waits' third live effort in his nearly 40-year career, each one summing up his career to the point of its release. The first, Nighthawks at the Diner issued in 1975 on Asylum, is regarded by many as one of the greatest live albums of all time. The second was Big Time, released during his tenure at Island in 1986. The musical performances on disc one of Glitter and Doom Live were culled from Waits' historic sold-out tour of the U.S. and Europe. He compiled and sequenced the set himself, intending to make them sound like a single show. The material leans, understandably, on his recordings with the Anti label. There are stellar performances here, such as "Get Behind the Mule" from The Mule Variations, "Trampled Rose" from Real Gone, and a haunting version of Leadbelly's "Fannin Street" from Orphans: Brawlers, Bawlers & Bastards, to mention just three of the 17 cuts here. But he goes back to his Island albums too. For instance, there ...

Hi-Fi/The Last Stroll album
$10.15 Since the beginning days of HipHop, this genre of music has allowed the voice of many to speak about the experience, the culture and the desire to be part of something bigger. The platform has been used by many to paint pictures of a negative view that has caused some to think that there isn’t any good HipHop music worth listening to. Not all HipHop is created to exploit the problems and issues of the world around us. With a strong desire to create music that will lift up the Name of Jesus Christ, 2Edge focuses on kingdom building. The South Florida native has had his share of issues and struggles but his music points you to a solution and answer. Listening to how 2Edge utilizes his life experiences to tell the story of how God’s grace is sufficient will help you understand the vessel behind the music. He’s been a member of the South Florida based group 1Way since 1992. He’s also had the opportunity to be a youth leader and still serves as a worship team member at his church. This is the first solo release from 2Edge entitled “While I’m Still Breathin’ ”. This album is birthed from a place of honesty, sincerity and true worship from the heart. “For the rest of our days on this earth, we need to give God praise with our mind, body and soul. Christ is Everything and is all that we need. ...
