SYMPHONY: LIVE IN VIENNA was originally available as a pledge premium for American public television stations, until it was given a general release. Recorded in January 2008 on Sarah Brightman's worldwide tour, the CD consists of live renditions of every track on Brightman's 2007 album, SYMPHONY, plus one new song, "Vide Cor Meum." SYMPHONY: LIVE IN VIENNA is available as a CD, a DVD, or a combo pack that includes both. Personnel: Jörg Sander, Mark Awounou, Gunther Laudahn (guitars, background vocals); Tim Warburton (violin); Jan Eric Kohrs (piano, organ); Amelia Brightman (keyboards, background vocals); Alex Grube (bass instrument); Reiner Hubert (drums); Roland Peil (percussion); Vienna Ambassade Orchestra (symphony). boring
sorry, I like Sarah Brightman but I find this CD to be very boring The whole CD just sounds like she's shrieking. Wish I could send it back.

A REAL, ETERNAL DIVA
WOW! THIS CONCERET IS JUST SUPERB!!! THE MUSIC, THE CATHEDRAL IN VIENNA, THE SOUND; EVERYTHING IN ITS PLACE AND SARAH SINGING JUST ENHANCE THE COMPLETE SCENE. A MORE-THAN-WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

Concert of a lifetime
This is the type of concert that I would love to see live, The Austians are so polite, and how on earth did they manage such incredible production quality in a difficuly acoustic environment such as this cathedral. Be sure to watch the interviews with Sarah, in the extras, describing each song.
