(4 Customer Reviews)
If there's a candidate for the Eagles of the 21st century, it's surely Rascal Flatts, with their seamless blend of country, rock, and pop, and their discography of multi-platinum albums hitting the top of both the country and pop charts. Their sixth album, UNSTOPPABLE, makes the aforementioned blend so smooth that only the most stubborn pigeonholer would still label them a country act. If not for the recurring pedal-steel swells and the occasional vocal twang, there'd be nothing keeping UNSTOPPABLE from being a straight-up mainstream pop album. The preponderance of big, bold power ballads should appeal to fans of, say, Bryan Adams or Sheryl Crow just as easily as country cultists. In that sense, Rascal Flatts have clearly become the ultimate musical centrists of their era.

Rascal Flatts Unstoppable Songs Unstoppable Music Review Average Rating: (5 out of 5 stars) Inspiring! Fun! & Totally Awesome! I love this new Album from Rascal flatts. They really took there time with this one. There voices have also matured comparing to there other great albums. The song “Holdin' On” is one of my favorites as it was written for my girlfriend and I. the songs "Summer Nights" and "She'd Be California" are the two most up beat and fun songs on this new record. The whole CD is a great buy and I guarantee that you'll love it as much as I do! Submitted by Stephen Rummey (New Port Richey, FL) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No 2 of 3 found this helpful.

Unstoppable music CDs
$16.95 In signing Ralph McTell, already known for his song "Streets of London" and his critically acclaimed fourth album, You Well-Meaning Brought Me Here, Reprise/Warner Bros. probably was hoping for a rival to Cat Stevens -- a British folk-rock artist who could cross over to America -- as well as a complement to homegrown superstar James Taylor. And there were moments on McTell's Reprise label debut Not Till Tomorrow when he sounded a little like each of them, especially on "First Song." But the album revealed an artist uncomfortable with his growing renown, unlikely to spend much time in the States, and more interested in local concerns. Pulling back from the string settings that had characterized the ambitious You Well-Meaning Brought Me Here, producer Tony Visconti (who had contributed some of those string charts) ...
| | Dan Rockett Songs From The Black Market CD (2009)
Unstoppable songs
$16.45 Dan Rockett’s need to explore music as a child was a natural obsession. From Neil Young’s “Sugar Mountain” to The Beatles “Strawberry Fields Forever”, he was engrossed by the powerful combination of lyric and melody. He began playing drums when he was seven, and then later switched to guitar in high school. While at Boston College, earning degrees in Literature, Secondary Education, Philosophy, and Theology, Dan’s true passion became apparent as he began writing his own songs. As a respected figure in the Boston music scene, he would find himself sharing the stage with some of his favorite artists such as, Los Lobos, The Flaming Lips, Ziggy Marley, Jimmy Cliff, Al Kooper, G. Love, Medeski Martin and Wood, Stevie Nicks…etc. He would even front an All Star Tribute to Bob Marley, which performed three very special sold out shows. With Dan on lead vocals the band also included the legendary jazz drummer ...
