| Screaming Blues Trumpet
Wow. . . just wow!! As usual, Arturo shows off his prodigious technique and range. Some sloppy playing along the way doesn't diminish the power and electricity that he creates in his version of "Night In Tunisia" and "Tunisias Blues". The latter piece may be the best on the entire CD, featuring some great interplay between Arturo's trumpet and the electric guitar. One of his very best offerings since his time with Irakere! Enjoy!

| One of My Favorites
While not as 'artistic' or deep as some of his later albums, this still may be my favorite. Fans of fun jazz will love this one. His rendition of Dizzy's "A Night in Tunisia" is one of the best I've heard while still staying true to the original tune's spirit, and its segue into a fierce blues chart is a joy to hear. There is nothing 'serious' about the jazz on this album, which is what makes it so great. You can hear the enjoyment of the performers behind every note played on this recording.
