| People never gave this AMAZING album a chance
hi all - once again a WOW release from Mariah - the entire album is seriously excellent from beautiful ballads to stunning remakes of the Robert Palmer "i never meant to turn you on" - if you are a fan - you have to have this one for your collection - 10 out of 10 AGAIN for Miss Carey - love Michael all the way from South Africa

| The 80's Remake
This CD is another example of Mariah Carey's gifted work. This was and is an soundtrack which many critics forget to view in that direction. The ballads are excellent! The remake of the 80's hit from Cherelle is Mariah's very own version! She takes songs and make you feel the emotion and then leave you thinking.

| Diva does well!
M.C.'s first release under her new contract fits the bill and then some. The movie may suffer at the box office but this soundtrack is quad-platinum! This Pop/R&B/Hip Hop conglomeration although typical for Mariah is well ballanced and flows as smooth as Tennesee whiskey. Well worth the extended wait. Diva Mariah still reighns!
