| | Chicken Little Soundtrack CD (2 Customer Reviews)
The soundtrack to Disney's CHICKEN LITTLE balances songs by hit artists with selections from the score and tunes performed by the cast of the film (which includes Joan Cusack, Amy Sedaris, and Don Knotts). The first half of the album features a duet by Patti LaBelle and Joss Stone ("Stir It Up"), the Barenaked Ladies ("One Little Slip"), and R.E.M. ("It's the End of the World As We Know It (And I Feel Fine)," among others. The second half features John Debney's sweeping orchestral score, and familiar hits (Queen's "We Are the Champions" and the Spice Girls' "Wannabe," for example) performed by the Chicken Little Cast.

Chicken Little Soundtrack songs
$23.29 By mixing older classics with a number of new songs by contemporary artists, the Pootie Tang soundtrack makes for a fun listen, even if it's not as loaded with superstars and potential hit singles as the other rap/urban soundtracks of 2001. There are a trio of songs that were commissioned specifically for the film -- 702's "Pootie Tangin," Karl Clanton's "Why Pootie Why?," and "Ode to Pootie," written and produced by Prince Paul -- all three of which are standout moments on the soundtrack. Elsewhere, the older classics -- Bell Biv DeVoe's "Poison" and Zapp's "I Want to Be ...

Chicken Little Soundtrack album
$17.29 The Cinematic Orchestra has certainly been designed to compose and perform music for films, but that they are now involved with the Disney group is likely to be something even they could not have initially imagined. The Crimson Wing: Mystery of the Flamingos is an evocative soundtrack behind the French documentary about the strikingly colorful, elegant, and noble but rarely seen pink birds. It is a Disneynature production shot in north Tanzania, with the CO receiving mighty support from string players of the London Metropolitan Orchestra. As a result, Jason Swinscoe and the CO have never been more symphonic or expansive than on this recording, where thematic horizons and deep-seeded romantic emotional content is at the very core of their music beyond previously recorded efforts. They've been consistent since their Canadian-based beginnings mixing electronica and jazz with R&B and trance grooves, but here take a giant leap into what ...
