| | Gabe Rosales Vital Nonsense CD Gabe Rosales Discography of CDs
Gabe Rosales is a breakthrough musician/lyricist/artist and teacher who has already established himself in the music industry through many different genres. From touring with guitar hero George Lynch's Lynch Mob at age 19 to touring with Jennifer Lopez across Europe, Gabe has expanded his musicality to embrace many different styles and genres. From jazz fusion trios to death metal, Gabe has learned to nurture his talents through pure self expression. Rosales' first independent solo release Vital Nonsense, is an artisitc statement and a venting through the eyes of a hispanic musician whose path has taken him to some of the most extremes of human existence. His lyrical content derives from his unbelievabable journey from performing occult rituals, to attending buddhist meditation schools for weeks in silence, from touring on private planes to representing the southern chapter of the mexican mafia in jail. Each track is tailored to express each emotion purely and honestly through whatever genre the feeling invokes. Its brutally honest with no frills other than the myriad of top names in the industry in each genre. Vital Nonsense features drum virtuoso Dave Weckl, Jane's Addiction's own Stephen Perkins, the legendary innovator of hip hop Divine Styler, Bert Baker of The Pharcyde, fusion legend Prashant Aswani, NY and LA touring and session legend Paul Pesco, Heather Dee Perry of Jimmy Buffets band, Riz Story of Anyone, Brentt Arcement of LIVE and many many more. You have to hear it to believe it. From tales of love, death, religion, politics, sobriety, and jail life Vital Nonsense is a commentary without being preachy. The grooves are fat, the riffs are heavy, and the chord progressions are transcendental. Check it out!! Gabe Rosales Vital Nonsense Songs | 1. | Shrodingers Experiment |

It took quite a while for a definitive Barry White compilation to hit the market, but All-Time Greatest Hits -- part of Mercury's Funk Essentials series -- finally filled the bill in 1995. Boasting a full 20 tracks from White's heyday of 1973-1978, more than half of which made the R&B Top Ten, ...

Vital Nonsense songs
$15.05 (MP3 Available for Download) Considered by some to be the greatest MC of all time, the late Christopher Wallace had recorded just two solo LPs at the time of his death. Still, his mark on the genre has been indelible and his influence unending. Released to coincide with the 10th anniversary of his still-unsolved murder, GREATEST HITS mostly makes good on what its title promises.
Included in the 17-song tracklist are all the boom-box bangers that dominated the airwaves, MTV, and BET, and moved serious industry weight. From the infectious bounce of "Juicy" and the smoothed-out funk of "Big Poppa" to the fearsome gunplay of "Warning" ...
| | Cascadu Caribbean Odyssey CD (2004)
Vital Nonsense album
$15.95 This easygoing, playfully percussive disc doesn't break any new smooth jazz or world music ground, but its ability to conjure laid-back, balmy images of surf and swaying palms makes it the perfect collection for those who just got back from a romantic getaway to the Caribbean. Born in Trinidad of mixed indigenous origin (Amerindian, African, French and Syrian), Cascadu has been performing for audiences in his native region and throughout the New York tri-state area for years while also working as a marine biologist and professor of marine and ecological sciences. He brings all of these elements of his life into the autobiographical fold, enhancing his likeable compositions with colorful, image-filled liner notes. While melodically gifted, Cascadu's real achievement is in creating a wide variety of lush soundscapes and atmospheres, employing his arsenal of exotic percussion instruments in the service of catchy tunes. His ensemble is excellent, too, as "East River Sail," "Anansi's Dance" and other tunes of various tempos showcase the fine sax work of Aaron Heick. With its blend of murky undersea sounds, crashing waves and hypnotic rhythms, "Grouper Grounds" is like a musical portrait of Cascadu's work as an environmentally conscious scientist. The only misstep is the corny vocal element of "Island Woman," which attempts to be ultra-romantic but detracts from the other instrumental charms here. ~ Jonathan Widran
There is no doubt that the Caribbean, like so many other regions of the world, is a melting-pot of cultures. These enchanting islands of the Caribbean Sea share biological, geographic and historical branches of evolution but each has evolved with its distinct blends and flavors of food, music, festivals and cultures. In the biological world, Darwin describes this as "speciation", a process of natural selection that leads to the development of related species, each with its own attributes that make it identifiably unique.Today, the Caribbean is a welcomed getaway for most of the world; each island, its own slice of paradise; each culture, an interplay of indigenous Amerindian, African, European and world influences. CascadĂș is a son of the Caribbean. This second son of the Escayg family, born and raised in Trinidad, is a descendant of Amerindian, African, French and Syrian parentage. His debut CD, Caribbean Odyssey, takes us deep into the soul of his Caribbean heritage with original compositions that clearly express his consciousness and vision. Not ...

| | Barbra Streisand Love Is The Answer CD (2009) Bonus Track
Vital Nonsense music CDs
$13.65 (MP3 Available for Download) Even before their first session together, Barbra Streisand and collaborator Diana Krall designed LOVE IS THE ANSWER as a deeply emotional record: "each song an exploration concerning matters of the heart." And with the arrangements of maestro Johnny Mandel simply drawing occasional shading around Streisand's expressive voice--often leaving that voice as the only instrument--the album goes well beyond the usual saloon-song tropes to become a heart-wrenching experience on virtually every track. Additionally, although much was made of the two divas' collaboration, Krall's piano stays in the background, and Streisand's is the only voice heard here. Nearly every song is ...
