| | Flight Brigade Help Is On The Way! CD Flight Brigade Discography of CDs
The Flight Brigade is the brain child of Christopher Mikkelson, a 19 year old singer/songwriter/bassplayer living in the northwest Arkansas area. The Flight Brigade came into existence in 2006 when Christopher first started writing songs and playing in the worship team at his church. The missing piece of the puzzle fell into place when his mom gave him recording software for Christmas. After receiving the gift Christopher found that he had a knack for arranging music by laying down drum tracks, bass lines, simple piano and guitar licks, and inspiring friends to help him out with vocals and enhanced instrumental parts. Home schooling helped him have the time to really pour his energy into the project and after 2 years of tinkering and receiving much input from friends, family and adult mentors the fruits of his labors finally paid off. HELP IS ON THE WAY! was released in January 2009. Christopher is currently putting together a band with the intention of performing in concerts. Help Is On The Way! $9.59 Though testimonies of faith and questions of morality are still at the heart of Kirk Franklin's message, 2005's HERO represents something of a musical departure for the gospel superstar. Recorded with a full orchestra--complete with lush strings and driving horns--HERO is one of Franklin's most musically ambitious outings.

The title track deals with such issues. I hope it survived the hurricanes! Uncanny that the song mentions rising water, guilt and forgiveness. I trekked to and from Alabama many times to get this one done. My first full length studio CD and first time to record with all studio ...

| | The Very Best Of Enya CDs (2009) With DVD
Help Is On The Way! album
$21.00 Comprised of 18 tracks culled from the singer/composer's first three decades, The Very Best of Enya was pieced together by the artist herself, along with longtime collaborators Nicky and Roma Ryan. Luckily, the trio seems enamored by most of the same songs that the general public is, resulting in one of those rare "greatest-hits" collections that goes deep without depriving the listener of the essentials. With tunes like "Orinoco Flow," "Caribbean Blue," and "Book of Days" in the pot and out of the way, it's easier to appreciate hidden gems like "Cursum Perficio," "Boadicea," "Trains and Winter Rains," and "Anywhere Is." Also notable is the inclusion of "May It Be" and a previously unreleased version of "Aníron (I Desire)," both of which originally appeared on the soundtrack for the first chapter of Peter Jackson's beloved Lord of the Rings trilogy. ~ James Christopher Monger
