| | Dean Bruni These Robot Days CD Dean Bruni Discography of CDs
If you listen to this CD in it’s entirety you will hear the thread of a long journey from East to West, from despair to joy, from blatant temptation to empathy. The album echoes many influences while the artist makes them his own for the sheer purpose of telling his stories. You may also find your own story as well. Like a movie for your ears. If you like good films and discovering the intricacies contained within that you didn’t notice the first time around then this is an album you should own and listen to over and over. This is a multi course feast for the listener, not songs from a fast food drive thru. So Enjoy!A New Jersey native transplanted in Los Angeles, California, Dean Bruni is a creative multi-instrumentalist who is taking his first solo journey. Known primarily as an accomplished rock guitar player, and sometimes bass player, he takes it a few steps further, stepping out and into the mic to reveal his unique and very real voice. Often echoing singers like Neil Young, Nick Drake, James Taylor, John Lennon, and Bob Dylan in a wide variety of songs written over the last few years (and check out the Peter Gabriel cover song too!). In fact most of what you hear on this record was created by Dean, with the exception of drums and violin. This is truly a self made record, conceived, produced, and recorded by the artist himself. Dean drew from his past experience as an engineer and sometimes producer at a fairly well known studio that produced records for the likes of No Doubt, Michael Penn, Incubus, The Beach Boys and Fiona Apple (to name a few).Additional musicians include; Nick Battani - Drums on tracks: 1,2,3,4,6,7,8,11Kevin Defro - Drums on tracks: 5,10 Backing vocals on: 8 Tambourine on tracks 5,8Steve Rosenstein - Violins on tracks: 10, 12*CD Includes most lyrics and 8 page full color insert. These Robot Days album
$14.38 Glitter and Doom Live, a double-disc set, marks Tom Waits' third live effort in his nearly 40-year career, each one summing up his career to the point of its release. The first, Nighthawks at the Diner issued in 1975 on Asylum, is regarded by many as one of the greatest live albums of all time. The second was Big Time, released during his tenure at Island in 1986. The musical performances on disc one of Glitter and Doom Live were culled from Waits' historic sold-out tour of the U.S. and Europe. He compiled and sequenced the set himself, intending to make them sound like a single show. The material leans, understandably, on his recordings with the Anti label. There are ...

These Robot Days CD music
$16.45 Today many independent artists, thank to easy access technology and the diversity of media, diffuse their works, aspiring to a place in the collective mind. Cinema Sun is part of this prolific movement of brand new musical proposals. In the middle of the year 2006, Pedro Sun (Bass Guitar) and Daniel Sun (Guitars), -via internet- between Caracas Venezuela and Jakarta Indonesia, began a knowledge interchange on various music creation and editing programs. They composed music pieces at distance, experimenting with loops and synthesizers. The project took shape and a third member, Joseph Sun (Drums), came into the formation giving strength and an organic touch to Cinema Sun once they reunited in Caracas Venezuela at the end of the same year. After many live performances in different cities of Venezuela, they decided to edit their first album, which comprises eleven songs charged with adrenalin. Instrumental and technical resources of the music world such as electric and acoustic guitars, drums, bass guitars, pianos, organs, synthesizers and last generation sequencers, fusion with the voices of the band members. This debut introduces a Power Trio with a homogenous sound and a variety of colors and textures that evokes tendencies from the 70’s, 80’s y 90’s. Amanecer, the first of the songs, begins the journey with an effervescent burst of sharp guitars; Astronauta comes in crescendo with the first signs of new ...
