First Songs album
$7.59 Widely regarded as one of the finest moments in a stellar recording career, ELI & THE THIRTEENTH CONFESSION was a bold, original amalgam of jazz, soul, folk, and rock. Nyro's freewheeling, open-ended arrangements were brought into sharp focus by her clear, gospel-derived singing and incisive, poetic lyrics. There is a strong spiritual undercurrent at work here, investing even the darker songs with a timeless, celebratory feel. A testament to Nyro's ...

It wasn’t long before others began to notice the way their music brightened up a room. Soon they were playing events throughout the region. This talented group performs a rich blend of Old-Time and Irish music. Walt Michael, Director of Common Ground on the Hill calls them “An exciting and unique blend of traditional music. Always lively and fun to watch.”They have been the informal “house band” at Mt. | | Dan Krikorian Oxford Street CD (2008)
First Songs CD music
$13.89 At the heart of Dan Krikorian\'s music is the intrinsic need to connect with the world around him. In less than a year, Dan went from a guy writing songs in his garage, to a live performer and published singer and songwriter. Growing up in Costa Mesa, Calif., Dan kept busy at Costa Mesa High playing basketball, football, volleyball and track. As a business and psychology major at Chapman University in Orange, Calif. , Dan continued to focus heavily on basketball, playing 4 years in college, but music was always brewing in the back of his mind. It was that need to connect with others and his ever-present passion for songwriting that led Dan to play in public for the first time while studying abroad in London on a small corner of Oxford Street in the City of Westminster. Once Dan returned to Orange County, he continued to ...
