Additional Footage; Soundtrack English; Soundtrack French; Soundtrack Spanish; English Subtitles; Director's Comments Bloodied but unbowed, Camp Crystal Lake's most troublesome resident, Jason Voorhees, is up to his old tricks again, hacking, stabbing, and disemboweling those unfortunates who happen to cross his path. Crispin Glover and Corey Feldman star in this, the fourth movie in the venerable FRIDAY THE 13TH series. Though most had written off the series by this installment, in retrospect this looks like it was the best of the series. First, Glover injects some much needed personality into the film as Jimmy, one of the many doomed teenagers at Camp Crystal Lake, and he seems to somehow make the other teens a little more entertaining, including Corey Feldman's Tommy, ostensibly the hero of the picture. Second, and perhaps most importantly, the gore effects her are done by the legendary Tom Savini (DAWN OF THE DEAD), who adds a level of inventiveness to the endless killings that the series hadn't yet experienced. Five more sequels followed. Shot in Movielab color.
Additional cast: Alan Hayes (Paul), Peter Barton (Doug), Lisa Freeman (Nurse Morgan), and Bruce Mahler (Axel). Friday The 13th - Part 4: The Final Chapter Video Friday The 13th - Part 4: The Final Chapter Movie Review one of the best while i give Jason Lives 5 stars, this movie is great. it ain't a masterpeice, but you don't come across those very often. If you want a good storyline, don't get this one....but if you want alota nudity and pointless gore, this is the slasher movie for you! "Final Chapter".....Shyeah, right! You would think w/ the ax grinding conclusion to "Friday the 13th part 3-D" that Jason would take things lying down but, Paramount still had plenty of milk left to milk out of this franchise's teet. After Jason is taken to the County Morgue he wakes up from his nap pretty grumpy & decides to let the local nurse, & morgue attendent know about it by killing them both. Then after that... well, after that Jason is lost!! So, after he gets his bearings together (if you listen closely, you can hear him moanin' & groanin'), Jason starts the long trek back to Crystal Lake, only to get sidetracked when he encounters a group of teenagers spending the weekend at a rented out house. If you've seen the first 3 "Friday" films you know what happens next (Jason tries to fit in & make friends... not!!). Keep an out for Crispin Glover (Creepy Thin Man from the "Charlie's Angels" films & real life)& a pre-Michael Jackson/"Goonies" Corey Feldman as the kid who is a cut above Jason. No special features on the DVD, except a trailer. Paramount thinks thats a special feature. Retards. Submitted by McFly (Hill Valley) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No 1 of 2 found this helpful. the best Friday the 13th since part 2. It was a very good movie and way better than part 3 so it is a must have to your DVD collection. A lot more scares than the 1st 3, very gory and a very good story line. Submitted by pussyballs63 (Sydney, Australia) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No This review is for a different format.

Friday The 13th - Part 4: The Final Chapter film
$10.19 The grisly and debauched film PATHOLOGY is a juiced-up medical thriller that plays like FLATLINERS with a mean streak and a broken moral compass. Writers Mark Nelvedine and Brian Taylor have created a premise allowing for CSI-like forensics along with heaps of sex and violence, truly making the most of the film's R-rating. A high-end exploitation film with good performances, PATHOLOGY is strong enough for horror fans and should go down smoothly for non-squeamish viewers with a taste for the dark side.
Gifted med student Ted Grey (Milo Ventimiglia, HEROES) arrives at a major Washington, D.C., as an intern, where he is met with suspicion and resentment by the tightly knit group of fellow young pathologists-in-training. Soon, though, Ted is accepted into their circle---where they each take turns committing a murder so that the others may prove their mettle by figuring out the cause of death and celebrate with drug-fueled orgies among the dead bodies in the hospital. Things change for Ted, though, when his law student fiancée, Gwen (Alyssa Milano), moves to the city and helps to scare him straight. Soon, crazed Wallace Stevens-quoting leader Jake Gallo (Michael Weston) turns on Ted, putting ...

Friday The 13th - Part 4: The Final Chapter review
$13.55 Marcel Langenegger makes his feature-film directorial debut with the aptly titled DECEPTION, a film about secrets and lies. Jonathan McQuarry (Ewan McGregor) feels that life is passing him by. He completes short-term audits for a large firm, but doesn't really feel any connection to his employer and finds it difficult to make friends at his assignments since he's never there for long. Jonathan's circumstances change overnight when charming lawyer Wyatt Bose (Hugh Jackman) befriends him. In an instant, the shy accountant is playing doubles tennis with his new friend and beautiful women and visiting upscale clubs. Just as mild-mannered Jonathan is getting used to his new lifestyle, Wyatt leaves town on business. ...
