A brand new version of Wii Sports that offers gamers a day at the beach. This sequel to the popular Wii Sports makes use of the Wii MotionPlus accessory, which gives players the most responsive and realistic experience possible. The Wii MotionPlus accessory, which is included with Wii Sports Resort, plugs into the base of the Wii Remote controller and, combined with the accelerometer and sensor bar, provides an experience that gives players an even greater sense of immersion.Just as with Wii Sports, people will love competing against friends and family. As the competition heats up, Wii Sports Resort is as much fun to watch as it is to play. First-time players will find it easy to pick up a Wii Remote and jump into the action. Wii Sports Resort takes place on a tropical island. A wide range of activities will keep players coming back for one more round. Some sample activities include Sword Play, Power Cruising (racing a water scooter) and Disc Dog, which involves accurately tossing a disc to a cute, Mii-like dog. It's a great game.
The included Wii Motion Plus really increases the player's sensibility and turn sports of Wii Resort much funnier.
But, as other games on Wii, I strongly recommend you to buy at least one extra Wii Motion Plus, because play with another friends is much better than alone.

Very fun, the Motionplus makes the controls more natural, Sword play is intense. Bowling and golf have their improvements, and frisbee golf is a nice addition beside regular golf. Canoeing is tricky though. Overall very fun. Basketball is my new favorite game.

lots of great stuff that you'll enjoy, the graphics are super and the motion plus is an added factor --luv the basketball 3-point shootout but the team-mode is kinda' not what i expect (gotta' get NBA 2K10 if you want hoops) but overall the Wii Resort is a great addition for family fun :)
