| their best This is AC/DC's best album as any afficiando will attest ,the only ingredient missing is "Cold Hearted Man" ,the outtake ,& what a killer it is ! Lay back & let Bon do the work ! Scot rock @ it's best ! By dan_mac62 (Canada) This review is for a different format. |
| it is awesom this is ac/dc's best album yet by far its heavy and blusy and fun to listen to thier is not 1 song on that album that i can't play on guitarbon and angus were the key to making this album the best album ever. By colemyro (ya rite) This review is for a different format. |
| BON WILL ALWAYS BE THE MAN i love this cd. its got that down and dirty bluesy sound, and while every ac dc disc with bon scott is great. id put this second as my favorite next to highway to hell. sin city and rock n roll damnation are my two favorite tracks, along with whats next to the moon and gone shootin which to me are two great songs that often get overlooked. plus down payment blues and the others their all good. bon scott was the best at lyrics and this album lyric wise is their best. | Their Greatest.. This album really set the mold for what AC/DC was to become. The riffs are heavy as hell, their songwriting was kicked up a notch, and it's just a flat out kick you in the balls rocker. "Riff Raff" is my fave track on here because the song is always busy and moving. And don't forget about the solos!! Angus melts the fretboard in this song. All in all, this is their greatest album and the most overlooked. By Dennis (Lloydminster, Canada) This review is for a different format. |
| Rock Education This is one of the few albums I can say has no bad songs on it, and it swore me in as a Rock and Roll faithful. Listen to it loud and try not to get a sore neck from banging your head! By TRock (Phoenix, AZ) This review is for a different format. |

Def Leppard Hysteria CD (1987) Top Seller
Powerage songs Four years after PYROMANIA, Def Leppard were a comparative write-off. Dismissed by critics, seemingly dogged by bad luck, with drummer Rick Allen losing an arm in a car accident, HYSTERIA had to be an album to turn heads. In retrospect, it sounded like the first true hard rock record for the CD generation. Ambitious arrangements and remixes on songs such as "Rocket" and "Armaggedon It," a crisp single in "Animal," and a dense paean to love ...
