Bryan Thomas Schmidt, M.A., Founder/Executive Director of Anchored Music Ministries, is a musician and composer who has released two CDs of original music and has a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Covenant Seminary. Since the year 2000, he has travelled extensively on short term missions to provide leadership development training in Ghana, Brazil, Mexico and the U.S. He has also been a lecturer for classes at Covenant Theological Seminary, authored articles for magazines, screenplays, and is working on a book. Bryan's contemporary Christian music CD STAND featured the national single "A Man Like You." He has released two worship CDs, the latest in 2009. "Road to Freedom" was written expressly for the film, "The Great Debaters". Though it didn't make the final cut, Yarbrough and producer Ned Albright decided that it was too good of a 'feel good' song to sit on the shelf, so it became the first track on the "Dharma 888" EP.The smash hit, "Give" was written by Yarbrough, Albright and Gia Ciambotti-- three friends sitting around Albright's piano one afternoon.
