Hendrix conquers America with triumphant energy (as opposed to Woodstock and Isle of Wight respectively, where he is already famous and trying to protect himself in various ways). Otis proves himself to hippy rockers as a soul artist... too bad 'Dock of the Bay' had yet to be written as I was hoping he would perform it on this DVD. Good commentary tracks and trailers support this historic archive.
