Soundtrack English; Soundtrack French; English Subtitles; Dolby Digital 5.1 Re The third in the series of National Lampoon's 'Vacations ' films, this sequel concerns the Griswold family's holiday get-together. This time they're trying to have a picture book, old-fashioned Christmastime -- even though all the in-laws are dropping by, including Clark's redneck cousin, Eddie. Looks like it's going to be a real holly-jolly holiday -- if they can make it through. National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation Reviews: "...[Chase] does what he does best: flat-out slapstick and subversive tear-downs of his own smooth image..."

A Timeless Classic For Everyone This truly is the best Christmas comedy ever created. Clark (Chevy Chase) is at his prime in 'Christmas Vacation,' the his whole family contributes to a plot that never dissapoints. Truly, one of the funniest movies I have ever seen, and the best Christmas movie, by far, that I have ever seen. Submitted by Pete (Saddle River, NJ) Was This Review Helpful? The hilarious christmas adventures with the Griswalds! The third Vacation sequel from out of the two movies which this christmas comedy with the Griswald family is very funny indeed. Back at home in Chicago which the Griswalds are from celebrate their own family traditional get together. With cousin Eddie played by Randy Quaid for the second time with his own clan. Stays with the Griswalds for a week during the christmas holidays. Also on't forget Clark and Ellen's mom and dad the grandparents. Which they are the kids grandma and grandpa for sure.
My favorite scene of all-time is where the squirrel ends up in the Griswalds christmas tree. And when they try to catch it the squirrel comes flying out their tree. Submitted by Jason Ross (Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No This review is for a different format.

National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation film
$6.55 When Bob (Garrett M. Brown) and Cindy Russell (Elaine Bromka) have to leave town for a family emergency, they are left with no alternative but to call in Bob's brother, Buck (John Candy), to baby-sit. A jobless, lifelong bachelor with a heart of gold, Buck hardly seems the ideal baby-sitter. Charged with caring for his smart-mouthed teenage niece, Tia (Jean Louisa Kelly), and her two outspoken younger siblings, Maisy (Gaby Hoffman) and Miles (Macaulay Culkin), Buck finds himself learning how to survive in suburbia and parent at the same time. At first Buck doesn't even know how many times a day to feed the dog, much less the kids. He battles the washing machine and sends Miles to school with an utterly inedible bag lunch. But little by little Buck begins to take his responsibility seriously, ...
| | Return To The Batcave: The Misadventures Of Adam And Burt DVD (2005) Widescreen
National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation review
$6.55 A reflexive, meta-level television reunion movie, RETURN TO THE BATCAVE reunites Adam West and Burt Ward, along with some of their co-stars, from the campy 1960s BATMAN show. When the original Batmobile is stolen from a car museum, West and Ward jump into action, investigating the theft and in the process taking on their famous old roles as crimefighters Batman and Robin. They soon discover that the clues to the case are linked to their own pasts, and their memories of the behind-the-scenes conflicts and comedy on the show are dramatized in flashback sequences by actors playing the duo. RETURN TO THE BATCAVE still contains the ridiculous, campy humor of the original series by enveloping the actors in the same sort of universe as the characters they once played.
When the original Batmobile is stolen, there's no time to call the police. This is a job for actors! Thirty-five years after Batman went off the air, a fiendish criminal mastermind ...
