The Best Keeps Getting Better
It's about time Apple took a good look at re-releasing the Beatles catalog digitally. Their CD catalog has been out since 1987, whereas other 60's/70's legends have been getting the "revised remastered" and "new improved" treatments (sometimes several times over), why not some digitally remastered fabs??? Both mono and stereo boxes are excellent products, well packaged with some bonus photos included with each "album," the original album graphics of course were used.

WORTH THE PRICE
THE GOOD NEWS: THE SOUND IS REALLY LP CLEAN AND DEEP. ALL OF THE INSTRUMENTS COME FORWARD WITH EMPHASIS ON THE VOCALS.

Comprehensive set -- received on day of release!
I think the Beatles box set could have been even better considering what has preceeded it; I'm still happy to have it, however, and the biggest kudos go to CD Universe for ensuring I had it shipped to my door on the day of its release -- 09-09-09! Thank you!

WHAT A GREAT SOUND!!!!
Played the cd's in the order that they were created by(year). As you play each cd, the sound gets better & better, nice & crisp. The box set is worth the $$$.
