Billy struggles with the aide and his own idiocy to make good in this gag-filled farce. In order to gain control of his family's billion dollar business, a man must win a bet that he can go through grades 1-12 again in 6 months. The fact that he's a hopeless goof who failed all these grades the first time doesn't help. Color by DeLuxe.
