Rush is no stranger to best-of compilation albums, they've released a slew of them. They are also no stranger to DVDs. With EQT guitarist Wayne "Bear" Sauls taking the stage for the (on the spot) instrumental jams "Dancing Bear" and "Grits and Gravy" (collectors take note, Bear Sauls plays bass on "Big Boss Man" and "Going Down") and Reddog's slide guitar work on "Honest Man," serves us up that deep southern groove. Transcending from Southern Rock into Classic Rock with guitarist Barry Richman, the influences on his musical evolution of Jimi Hendrix and Robin Trower can be felt on "No Bridges", and Mahogany Rush on "Dragon Slayer" with a little Zappa thrown in for good measure on "The Dazed And Confused". Stevie Hawkins showcases the full range of his vocal and drumming prowess, taking us with him as he traverses the landscape of the South from the amphitheatres of the foothills, "Going Down" to the acoustic Delta Blues, "CC Rider" and back to the big city rock arena, "No Bridges".
