Summer's love of music started when she first sang from the church pews as a child, growing up in New York. Her energy was infectious and her appetite for more music was insatiable. Summer became the lead back-up singer for Bad Boy's Recording artist Carl Thomas at an early age of 16. Seeing the music business from the inside and working with a diverse group of artists, Summer was certain she had found her calling, 'I know I could do this. Getting to see the industry from that side was the extra push I needed to get out there and start making music on my own.

Her debut single, 'I'm Hot ' from her forth-coming full-length release is already getting significant airplay at the street level and on national radio.
