Really enjoyable album,from start to finish. Full of great guitar work by Jimi,the production makes these songs sound fresh and vibrant,despite their age - and the numerous "other" versions you may or may not have heard.

| "This" years newest "recently discovered"
As usual with the "latest" batch of "must hear / recently discovered" Hendrix "product" (key word here) there was much anticipation among Jimi's many devotees (myself included).

| Falls Short......
There is a reason this stuff wasn't released while Jimi was alive. It does not meet the mans expectations. A couple of good tracks but most generally not very good material.
