i think ia a great CD,maybe his best to date i like the mixture of smooth vocals with smooth jazz sets the mood real nice,wont hesitate to buy more Brian Culbertson

| Brian Gets Funk-ee
This is the essence of Funk. The talent is limiitless on this piece. I find it very hard to listen to once. Each time I play it, I do a double take and listen to it again, from the beginning. Way to go Brian.

Listening to this album simply shows the rare talent for creating fantastic music. Brian Culbertson - in my world - is a smooth jazz artist but here he proves to master R&B perfectly as well. Listen to "skies wide open" and you'll be to tell his ability and feeling to balance the R&B 'part' with his piano 'lying' just beneath...fantastic If this is first Brian Culbertson experience be sure to look up his earlier albums. You won't be disappointed!
