| One of the All-Time Greatest Albums
This album proved once and for all that Willie Nelson was a great singer, not just a good country western singer. By reviving these Great hits from the past, Willie Nelson revived his own career back in the Eighties. The title track, "Stardust," and "Georgia On My Mind," are sung the way Hoagie Carmichael intended them to be sung. Every song on this album is a masterpiece. Highest rating.

| Willie sprinkles "Stardust" on us again!
This CD was a replacement for the LP I bought when Stardust was first released back in 1981. The effect at that time was great, now it's beyond any words of description. "Stardust" from Willie is inspired and brilliant. Anyone with a passion and soul for love and music owes it to himself or herself to possess this incredible album.

| Will Stay With You Forever
This collection of "standards" is beautiful in its simplicity and reaffirms that 'style' is not a matter of 'more'. The recording is spacious and exhudes an ambience of unforced pleasure at the creation of music. If Mr. Nelson's interpretation of 'Georgia On My Mind' or 'Stardust' doesn't grab you, you may not have a heart. His deep feeling for American Roots music -- jazz, blues, western -- allows him to draw on a remarkable pallete of rhythms, tonalities and instrumentations to create music that is timeless. It is this timeless quality that makes "Stardust" a collection that can stay with the listener forever.
