| OUTSTANDING - you MUST own this
Essential 3.0 is the best and most comprehensive collection of the Perry era. It contains the best known hits from Infinity through Trial by Fire. It is an excellent assortment of the bands music, and covers the material that made Journey a legend. I own all thier albums and listen to this one the most, because it covers the entire era and is a very good mixture. 3.0 adds an additional disc to the Essential Collection which contains 8 additional tracks which were not included on the previous version. Of all the cd's I have ever owned, this is THE one I'd take to that deserted island. It is a MUST Own.

| a much better compilation than previous release
great cd! this one is a better hits compilation that the previous single disc version that came out several years ago and is updated to include songs from their more recent album releases. my only disappointment is that they didn't include the title soundtrack from the movie "tron" which is a rare find today.

| the best Journey collection ever in one package
I thoroughly enjoy listening to this CD. I like the mixture of old Journey (before Escape) and new Journey (Escape and after). I would highly recommend this CD to any Journey fan. It's a MUST HAVE!
