| All killer no filler
I get the impression that with this one they suddenly realized how good they really were. The playing is incredible. Vocally , it's plants best . Musically it's brilliant. The sound Page got out of Bonhams drums was the blueprint of how drums should be recorded. Though it's near impossible to discern emotion out of drumming, Bonham managed to evoke the feeling of the blues during "Since I've Been Loving You". Even the acoustic stuff rocks (Gallows Pole). This album is so different from the first two but similar at the same time. Much better production for sure. The greatest thing about it though is that every album after it contained elements of this one . This is my favorite Zeppelin album.

MOST EXCELLENT OF ALBUMS BY THE MIGHTY LED ZEPPELIN-ACOUSTIC, YES BUT MIGHTY FORMIDABLE, Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!! You will not be dissapointed.

| Spectacularly Good
The best selling successive string of albums in history are Led Zeppelin's first six masterpiece albums. The lowest selling of these six great albums is LZ-III, having sold 6-million copies(tremendous for most artists but mediocre sales for Zeppelin). Initially confusing or flying over the heads of most fans, this brilliant album has steadily gained in stature with the passage of time. All of Zep's music has aged exceptionally well, but none better than this album. This is the one that shocks and converts more doubters than any other. If you are not familiar with this entire album then you don't really understand the variety and depth of Zeppelin's music. It's probably my favorite album of all time, bar none. I recommend it highly, and promise you will not be disappointed.
